14/12/2017 12:47 | Looking around my local Tesco yesterday I found lots of Christmas goodies selling at a discount many at half price. The shop was the busiest I've ever seen it, had to queue for a space in the carpark for the first time ever. Obviously much of that is down to the few days of snow keeping customers at home but we also lost another supermarket, Tuffins, this year just around the corner and the only other close competition is the dreadfully expensive Co-op. | vaneric1 | |

11/12/2017 16:19 | Personally I stopped years ago, however I know lots of very healthy people who've never smoked in their lives and who also drink very little who have contracted various cancers and also Heart disease, by the same token I also know lots of smokers who've lived to a grand old age with little health issues. You pay your money and you take your chance. As an aside, how many people do you think will contract various illness and disease attributed to the radiation effects of the constant bombardment of wifi and mobile phone usage ? Give it 10 to 15 years and they'll all be dropping like flies............ | ladeside |
