No dividends as this BoD rescue the company after the last clown in charge tried and failed to 'take america' at a cost to Tesco's balance sheet. That was just one of the mistakes made but i do not recall the village idiot coming on this thread to moan while he was in charge.

but will issue 1.4b more shares to holders of bookers that's 20% dilution of Tesco holders . then we have the hand out of free shares to the Tesco directors of millions of free shares , September 2014 share price 252p march 2017 share price 187p down over 25% millions paid to directors for recovery , what recovery no divs for 3 years which is the only reson they have made profit to invest in a dud deal to cover their back sides

Can you point them out instead of just claiming they're false?

I'm sure better men than you and I have gone through them and will do so again before the final deal is done.

As for the Budgens closures it's not news it's history, has been on the cards since they were bought from the Co-op mid last year, they're largely the poorest end of the Somerfield group that the Co-op bought then drove into the ground.
