Perhaps what we need is a 'World class Board', that knows what they are doing & concentrates on the 'main game'?
You know where i am, if & when you start to agree!!!!!!!!!!

I do wish they were more forthcoming with what we are actually doing with the "world class" asset.

A Fewbob - Haha, your kidding right? Look where we are? 6p and small volume? I think we've seen about 3yrs of 6p average and low volume! :)

She will move though, it always does :)

Well the drill bit was supposed to be turning last week - another case of delays, just like the metalurgical testing!!!!!!!
Perhaps its time to get rid of the 'sideline' eh Sunshine & concentrate on the 'main picture' eh?
Funny how the board concentrate on extending warrant life (6 years is at least 2 too long) & cannot seem to forward plan a drilling campaign or find a contractor to carry out metalurgical testing in a couple of months, rather than about a year - poor show & they need a good kick up the backside!!!!!!!!

Well, who has been selling big chunks today, at just less than 6p?
Will be interesting to see if there is a directors sale notification coming up, as Pat pocketed 1.5m shares at 2008 prices & only paid £35,250, when he can sell now for not far short of £90k - nice work if you can get it!!
The warrants were tradeable from about the 15th, so the timing is about right & it is unlikely to be from the investor placing, which at 5.75, would not have shown a profit after costs yesterday, at prices of 5.75, 5.80 & 5.82!!!
Who the heck should be selling 1m plus today with the news flow due - only someone who needs the funds i would have thought?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrr!!!!!

14 years! It took 10 years for Keith Nymer of First Majestic to start a silver mining company and grow it to 15 million oz per annum!

TYM = TYersoM

Anyway, TYM is such a speculative pop that it shouldn't make up too much of any sensibly-balanced portfolio and so potential losses shouldn't be great. I have held them for more than 14 years now and have, effectively, written them off. Great if they do come good some day but if they don't then - so be it.

Yes - perhaps Nevada will be a success. For real progress to be made then they will need a partner. At present, the company is capitlaised at 9.93 (£m) with 176.76 million shares issued. To raise money for mine development, TYM would need to raise at LEAST its capitalisation value again for the issue of the same number of shares as now exist. So, we could at least expect a 1:2 dilution of our holdings. However, if it ever DOES get to the stage of mine development then, hopefully, a rising share price might go some way towards counterbalancing that.

clearsoup - got very limited support for a shareholders group, so it seems most here are trading the share or are just not interested?
If anyone changes their minds, i am still contactable on slpsearch@orange.fr & if anyone wants to post this on the LSE thread, that's fine with me?

I see that most warrants expire 4 years after the award & the latest ones were dated 2008 - anyone know the expiry date, as was not in here then & LSE rns's only go back to about 2009?
Seems totally wrong that an executive can take advantage of warrants with a 6 year delay, especially after the seeming lack of any continuity planning, following on from the Nevada JORC!!!
If the Executives do not plan ahead, we will constantly see the share price moving between 5 & 12p & it will become only a traders share!!
If there are no meaningful changes to this regime, i will just take my own advice & offload all 2m shares when we have the next spike - why support long term executives that give no thought to their shareholders?
