Rubbish.

It is a charge relating specifically to a new loan of $400k.

The reference to previous tranches is because the same assets are being used to secure all loans.

No clarification is required unless you are a complete moron.

The new charge is a single document consolidating all 8 loans totalling about $5.3m.It could mean several things.1 It is just a tidying up exercise for the sake of it and loan 9 will happen this month 2 There will be no more loans needed as the company is now cash positive3 There could be future unsecured loans 4 It is part of the USCG mystery5 it is required as part of a Prospectus for listing We will find out in Tern time.
