I think you’re getting a bit defensive, Microsoft Azure Certified is a fact.

How is a question then a lie and deceiving???

Just looked at the Webinar and DA are with HID Identrust at the IoT world congress and Ian Banham is a speaker at the Secure IoT event 2019...

Ian Banham, Technical Specialist, Microsoft

Presentation: Azure IoT and Security Centre. Using AI to help secure your IoT Deployment

Ian will give an overview of the new Azure Security Centre capability for IoT and how this uses AI and the lessons learnt from previous security attacks to help secure your IoT Deployment and flag weaknesses and potential threats to it.

Microsoft and Device Authority will be at the same events but they are not there doing joint presentations...

Do some research before calling someone a liar...

You are clearly trying to deceive people, pretty low of you don’t you think...

They were flagged up by both Microsoft and Device Authority at Wednesday's webinar. See the relevant page at the end of the webinar. It is there, in black and white. Stop lying and trying to deceive.

Wyld Networks
hxxps://wyldnetworks.com/
Purchased by Tern for £78k (to get 90% of the business)
Their business is mesh networking. They ran successful pilots of their technology with London Underground about 12 months ago. There has been nothing from them since as they get the patents in place to protect their IP. But recent work on their website and an update in the recent RNS from Tern hints that things are just about in place for commercial launch.
Their offering essentially uses mobile phones, wifi routers, and IOT devices to communicate over a number of protocols including Bluetooth and Wifi. If one system is down it can continue to communicate using the other protocols It also uses the power of crowds to bounce signals off mobile telephones to create a communications network that is significantly stronger and more robust than current comms systems.
One end use is obviously in subway systems, but there are others in football stadiums and above ground railway stations. In addition their technology is suitable for remote locations (farms, oil platforms etc ) where wifi is not available/robust to allow IOT devices to communicate.
Al Sisto is very bullish on this company. There are other players in the market but he believes that Wyld have a differentiated offering.

I think a valuation of £200-300M is my expectation for WYLD

InVMA hxxps://www.invma.co.uk
Essentially a systems integrator. They bring together all of the technologies that a company requires in order to build an IOT solution. They work primarily with PTC Thingworx platform but have recently being doing some work with Microsoft Azure. Focus is on EMEA.
I would anticipate a 20% margin since it is essentially a services business. However they have been developing some higher margin Saas solutions that will augment any contract revenue. They have recently made an interesting acquisition that will allow them entry to the lucrative smart meters market. I expect them to further reinvent themselves perhaps doing work for more of the large IOT platforms and possibly acquiring systems integrators in the US.
They will grow organically as fast as the IOT market (30% per annum) but probably much faster through acquisitions and the development of further Saas products.
At the moment I am looking at a range of between £30MM and £40MM but watching their development with interest.

Fundamental VR
hxxps://www.fundamentalvr.com
FVR CEO Presentation
This has rapidly moved up to compete with Device Authority as Terns premier holding. Tern raised their stake in FVR to about 35% in Oct 2018.
FundamentalVR have developed a virtual reality training package for surgeons currently offering 3 procedures, but expecting to add several more before year end with significant growth in procedures through 2019.
The price for 1/2/3 procedures is £6000/£9000/£12000 per annum respectively. Take up has been rapid with last known figures of 50 hospitals taking up the platform. With about 80,000 hospitals globally there is a huge prize to go after.
FVR partnered with The Mayo Clinic in the US to further develop and sell their platform in the US and have also launched in the UK and AUS/NZ. This company has huge press coverage. The current method of training surgeons relies on expensive cadavers and theatre experience. The platform allows surgeons to train and practice their operations in a safe VR environment.
Growth will be rapid here in my opinion as already witnessed by the immediate take up. There is evidence at companies house that Tern have extended a bridging loan to FVR pending negotiations into an investment by one or more VC’s. I expect to see news of that soon and an accompanying higher valuation for FVR.
In terms of valuing the company I have taken a conservative approach. I assume an average take up per hospital of 2 procedures, and use for the base case 2000 hospitals and the upside case 5000 hospitals. I also assume costs of 25% of revenues. Again this should be a high margin business. I also use a lowly p/e of 15. I will modify my assumptions as more information becomes available.
2000 hospitals at £9000 per annum gives revenues of £18MM and earnings of £13.5MM. On a p/e of 15 that is just over £200MM. At 5000 hospitals you reach a valuation of £500 million. However FVR are currently opening up a lucrative new market in VR/AR applications for pharmaceutical devices (£650k contracts with 1 provider in last 6 months) and see great potential for monetising the data gathered from their surgical
simulation product. I would therefore think that a reasonable range of outcomes for FVR would be £700 million to £1 billion.
As I said this is a very conservative approach. It is not unrealistic to assume that the number of hospitals that buy the platform will be higher than 5000 ( there is a significant cost/benefit return for them). As more procedures become available the average price per hospital will rise. And many hospitals will probably purchase more than 1 system. Early days yet for this one but it is a very exciting proposition.

Lol,clutching at straws now. Simple research will tell it's had lots of failed partnerships and in the end, none of them have come up with anything significant. All hot air from a failed startup that has been going on for 5 years. They have done plenty of webinars and the last one was much like the rest of them, lots of possible solution but no customers actually buying them....but wait for it....their in the Azure app store so for a nice fat fee, a customer might, just might, stumble upon them and take a look....no guarantees of a sale though. Lol

The 195k trade was an XOFF, just means the trade was traded OFF a main exchange - probably over the counter between 2 parties without any exchange participation.

In the price now.

We don't need to have lies spread about the Microsoft partnership - we are doing two joint presentations with them in the next three weeks, besides everything else. This is a close, strategic partnership, including working together on great new IoT projects.

So ... in summary. Keyscaler is the go to solution at scale for MICROSOFT. FundamentalVR is firing on all cylinders. Tern are main shareholders in both. Would I rather be in or out ?????
Have a good weekend everyone.

WRONG.....Microsoft’s Device Provisioning Service is the go to solution, to use the auto provisioning service then the device manufacturer will need to be involved or this is where keyscaler can be of help... So this is why Microsoft doesn’t require keyscaler, it is the users choice in how they do this, that is if they choose to do it at all.

We all know what Keyscaler offers, it can make adding extra security simple...Keyscaler’s problem is that no one thinks they need it or they are just not willing to pay for it...

Where are the sales, the rest is just noise.....

Dimlow will be at it all Weekend, just cannot accept the fact that all holders here are going to do very well out of this stock, and his old foe johnma will make a fortune, hateful and full of spite at his own failings on the markets.
