On sale of an asset a special dividend will be issued to shareholders of Tern. Wshak/Duxy786 no response to my earlier IP address confirmation. Your cover has been busted. Two people that went to the AGM didn’t report this at the time, one done a very thorough write up of the event. Such news would require an RNS beforehand. | stead41

04/8/2019 00:57 | And there you have it. The truth. No special dividend from the BOD which begs the question, who made all this BS up. One and half years later, there is NO exit and NO exit is imminent yet 15 months ago, off the back of a "working with MS Azure" RNS, rampers here stated an exit was iminiant with poind not pence mantra fuelling a share price rise to unprecended levels with ZERO value in the words. | duxy786

03/8/2019 22:58 | Message from stead to the old git....If Wardy wants to pay an 80%+ premium based on a future webinar he can go ahead, why do people think it makes anyone desperate.. Strange.....Judging by the bitterness it looks like people are looking to sell, you very rarely see an anxious bitter buyer. | duxy786
03/8/2019 22:57 | So as we move ever closer to what could well be a sizeable divestment of one of our portfolio companies, we LTH's are collectively left thinking about what price we might be prepared to sell our shares in TERN. The phrase "pounds not pence" has been used by some, and recent posts have suggested there is a potential to reach an share price of several pounds. But if AL does pull off his now-famous slingshot to the moon prediction, then how will he share the significant gains made with his shareholders whilst maintaining a stable share price If I return to my original question of what price we might sell our shares at, then the answer will be different, based on the average price we have individually paid, and our individual needs. If we look at the figures that e-bomber has collected, even with a margin for significant error, one could safely conclude that a very large proportion of TERN shares are held by a very small number of shareholders. Many investors will be looking at life-changing amounts of money in their portfolios, and the temptation to sell the lot and run will be strong. The effect on the share price could be very damaging IMHO. One possible way to avoid some panic selling and reward LTH's, many of whom have had significant sums invested in TERN for several years, is to pay out the special dividend, talked about last year, but then put into question in more recent dealings with the TERN BOD. A significant divestment could produce a multi-bag increase in the SP, creating the temptation for many LTH's to take profits, but if it were to be accompanied by a special dividend of say 15-20p, the majority of LTH's would effectively have their stake returned, leaving them with free shares. Shares that have just paid a significant dividend, which in itself will alert many others to the merits of an investment in TERN. I believe the special dividend is, therefore, the key ingredient to ensure that LTH's get what they have been waiting for, whilst providing some stability in the SP, thus allowing the BOD to continue to add new companies to the TERN portfolio. | cheshire

03/8/2019 22:34 | Tyrano13 Aug '19 - 22:17 - 160477 of 160477 0 0 0 News on FVR VC participation must be very close now. Pretty obvious that Tern have provided bridge funding to FVR to allow them to close out. Make no mistake. FVR have a product that can dominate their target market. Quite likely that a consortium of VC’s will come on board. Not unheard of for one VC to come in on their own but the time it’s taking to close the deal suggests their are a few parties involved. Don’t knock it. Leads to maximum credibility. Very inspirational, but.. Until they get VC funding there is minimal credibility, that is the problem here, you have everything priced in but no real progress to show, remains very high risk.... Say hello to the Mad Hatter in wonderland for me... | stead41
