I recall a discussion last year about what might happen in the event of divestment of a portfolio company, but do not remember the details. I know there was talk of a special dividend payment, but Al appeared to be unclear about that prospect more recently. Either way, let's say we sell one of our companies for £100M, if we ignore the other three golden nuggets and value them at zero, our share price is likely to increase by a factor of 3-4 putting us up to an share price of around 36-48p. But how do LTH expect this to take place? Should we expect an announcement of divestment and suspension of shares, with market makers then re-opening trade at a new agreed share price I would be interested in peoples thought here, are there any examples we can draw on from other companies who have done a similar transaction.

If someone is paying 11.95p for just 16k and 10k shares at 9:27am doesn't seem to make much sense as to why MM's are then selling 43k and 150k shares a few minutes and 1/2 hour later at just 11.60p, I wonder if these were therefore sells and the MM's are willing to pay over mid for bulk. Eitherway, bodes well for a tick up

It appears that the service is targeted to the mass market within the production, marketing and service sectors, in fact to most companies and individuals involved in any sector.

To some extent the Pilot App appears similar to part of the service offered by InVMA.

It would be interesting to identify if Device Authority are providing any security support?

Some people don't understand what FVR are about, they think in order for them to be unique and successful they need to have invented and own patents for the hardware they use. They don't, here is another company that uses tech invented by others and adapts it to a niche market and patents theway they do it. hxxps://www.whoop.com
Nasa dont own the technology that makes a rocket move.
The hardware tech that FVR use was invented so others like FVR could do amazing things with it, the tech is the pick and shovels, what FVR have done is find gold with it.

I suspect that the 350k was an agreed purchase at 12p and the MM's purchased shares on that basis. There have been a lot more sells in recent days then buys so I would not expect there to be an immediate uplift in the share price
