" as I take your cash via many calls, I an amazed that you do all this investigation, as it saves me the bother of doing it, announcing it, keep the dilutions going- pound by Xmas"

What is going on?

Not going up today and now is the second day of retracement, a normal occurrence after such a large rise from 7.25p that started to 14.75p intraday high meaning doubling in price.

The debenture refers to a LN signed on or around the date of the debenture. The LN might not be signed yet and hence no release. Just a thought.

The extract about the Loan Note to FVR probably reinforces that otherwise other PI's in his previous businesses have been mushrooms. Just wish that debenture had been signed before the AGM and we could of quizzed him about it then.

This is market sensitive so should have been released but never surprising when it comes to Tern, as long as I'm on the share price rocket I have no problem in being blasted to the moon and then onto Mars. But as it appears they have gone back on their word again on telling us what is going on it looks like a slingshot to the Moon and then onto Mars are just words

Some or all of the £1.4m has been spent. Johnma posted a link to FVR's Companies House record. On 1 May 2019 FVR registered a charge. Attached to the Companies House form is a copy of a debenture to which FVR and Tern are the parties. A defined term in the Debenture is:

"Loan Note Instrument" means the loan note instrument entered into by the Chargor [FVRVSL] on or around the date of this Security."

So it is clear that Tern has lent FVR monies. What is not clear is how much and on what terms.
