P4....see my reply to Johnma RE: the other TERN investments...the reason to address DA is because the rampers used it to pump and dump the share price to 57p.It's not worth anywhere near that price and the BOD know it therefore they had to issue a speeding ticket. Shame on those rampers for greed motivated ramping.

I agree with ebomber and meganxmasWe need to simply ignore the paid troll who has his own worry of trying to cover a 5m short. Let us not engage with such an individual who had a clear agenda for some time - not a positive word to say but totally critical to assist his short position and financial gain for himself

Great launch yesterday of our new Sim Center VR simulation bundle. It combines VR with great haptics and graphics, with remote login and self proctoring simulations. San Anotonio, Texas #IMSH2019 - Come see us at booth #710 and experience #VR #Haptics technology that provides an educational #surgicalsimulation platform with precise performance insight www.fundamentalsurgery.comThis came out yesterday. Not sure if it was discussed already. We know they already had VR, haptics and graphics. I assume the remote login and self proctoring are the new features. I can't find anything on their site giving details on the new features.

Paid troll continues to disrupt research posted on thread.

Maybe time to filter and return to posting the research gems that new and existing observers enjoy reading.

Believe me Duxy I couldn't care less what you say so no offence taken.
I take in what I want to take in from both sides of the debate.

My point is, unfortunately your constant ranting, and may I say, all consuming desire to post anti TERN rhetoric means that I don't value anything you say.

I simply don't trust you.

SW, we have little detail on who and indeed if an open Short seller exists, but some in the know here seem to think so .. the Short seller is liable financially but in the event the incurred loss is greater than the collateral secured against the initial purchase, one would assume the MM is culpable .. so there exists a financial incentive by the controlling MM (the Lender) to close out at the lowest possible price in order to minimise the loss .. my take anyway nai

Potential loss on a short sale is theoretically unlimited, as there is no theoretical limit to a rise in the price of the instrument. However, in practice, the short seller is required to post margin or collateral to cover losses, and inability to do so in a timely way would cause its broker or counterparty to liquidate the position. In the securities markets, the seller generally must borrow the securities to effect delivery in the short sale. In some cases, the short seller must pay a fee to borrow the securities and must additionally reimburse the lender for cash returns the lender would have received had the securities not been loaned out.

P4, I didn't see you piping up when johnmas posts his lies or kkrriiss2 and ebomber constantly post irrelevant BS.WHEN you speak up to them and WHEN you tell Still effin waiting that his mindless ramping is irrelevant, unnecessary and deceitful....then I will listen to what you have to say. Sorry, no offence and nothing personal....but you don't get to tell me what when you haven't got the courage, intelligence or morality to tell the others here....that goes to everyone else here so please don't take it personally.

Duxy. Do you not realise that constant screaming for attention mostly has the exact opposite effect to that which you hope for.

Think six year old spoilt children.

Now get on the naughty step.

No what ever makes you think that? Most on here seem to be happy about a 78% loss and still think that AS is a genius, I don't and I am mad as hell that AS has allowed this collapse happen.
See you tomorrow

============================================================

Ofcourse he shorts, there are no LTH here....LOL

On a serious note, I think you are very wrong about a 78% loss. If that is what you are losing then that is your portfolio and your choices. The share price should NEVER have gone to 57p. The assets are not worth that so why would the share price be allowed to hover anywhere near that level. The BOd have valued DA at 9.9m, who are the people here, who have no clue about whats happening inside the company (even lying Johnma), to value the company anymore that said by the BOD. Lets get some reality in all this.

DA BOD have never said 100 million exit or current value of anything near that.
