Bobbyshilling what utter codswollop, Is is just have, like he'll it is. It's a good to have at best. As I stated in my recent messages, I have spoke to a host of IOT companies who have never heard of it not did they care and these guys had real product out there, from automobiles to weatherstations and fridges.Such disgusting and clueless ramps on here, it really goes to show what dodgy directors can achieve by feeding BS and how Chinese whispers or as it's know in the digital age, PBBs, can turn that BS is to a whole new kind of genetically engineered BS.

I sincerely hope for all holders that he does tell us something. However if I was a horse betting man I would say that based on previous form he won't tell us anything of note. He's had every chance to say something positive in the past but has refused to do so. We've had AF quitting and Bruce telling us that he was unhappy at the share price having encouraged members of his family to buy shares in Tern. We've had questions re fund raising which have never been explained. I have said many times in the past that I have absolutely no confidence in Al Sisto as CEO. I don't know if he's incompetent or bent but whatever it is it's not in the PI's interest. I would dearly love to be proved wrong and eat my words but somehow I doubt it will happen.

iambix, I appreciate what you are saying but I am not expecting any hard figures but an indication of the direction and path we are on so that the general market can pick up on it, not just the researched here. After all, no time was wasted in issuing the recent 'speeding ticket' rns when the share price was at 57p. They were able to give figures on that occasion!

Device Authority is a private company, not a public one like Tern. Its yearend is 31 December , so by law the accounts have to be filed with Companies House by nine months after, which is the end of this month. If the company files what are called abbreviated accounts, which private companies are allowed to file, we may only see a balance sheet. The company does not have to file a profit and loss account with the balance sheet, nor do the directors have to state how things are going like a public company has to. We will be left in the dark in this respect, so we have to rely for information only on what Al Sisto tells us on Thursday.

No,in my opinion they will have to answer some questions of 'substance'. The results only covered up until 30th June; we are getting on for three months past that date now, so I would expect some indication of how our flagship, i.e. Device Authority is performing or at least expected to perform with some kind of updated projected revenue figures. Also, although Tern are currently funded, they will have to divulge how they are going to fund present acquisitions and potential new ones, which is one of their stated objectives - to add to the portfolio - even if this amounts to a different source of fund raising should they not sell DA in the comparatively near term.

I have confidence in AS but did note that the 3 year (approx) stage 3 timescale has now the possibility of being extended to maybe 5 years for the completion of stage 3. That is still OK with me as I have every confidence that DA will be sold on in the shareholders interest eventually, and if it takes longer, then by that time revenues should be gushing in, so win win, but the board need to make this clear on Thursday so that people who have bought shares in good faith are made more relaxed about the future. I am hoping that they step up to the mark and become more transparent as the only info that investors can glean is from the splendid research by individuals who post here. KeyScaler from DA seems to be THE 'must have' for IOT, that is pretty obvious from our partnerships and write - ups I have been reading. The Tern BOD need to convey this more appropriately to the market. Just my take on things folks.

The deramper already knows the answer; the deramper already knows what will be found. The power of this tactic is that the deramper is now in control of the actions of the shareholders; the deramper has you, the shareholder doing HIS/HER due diligence and when you, the shareholder come back to the group with a questionable finding then the deramper gains credibility.

What to do??? Solution??? Well, I think it's important to find answers but on your own terms. I actually pick up the phone and call the company and talk to the investor relations person or the CEO until I get a satisfactory answer.

The problem here is that the advanced deramper has you doing his bidding and his work; you have essentially joined his ranks. So, develop your own little Due Diligence package and answer questions by placing the information into the package and referring all new investors to read the answers to questions raised in the Investor InformatiDe-Rampers Handbook.

IT IS EASIER TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO SELLING THAN IT IS TO INFORM PEOPLE INTO BUYING A SHARE.
Know the enemy who wishes to steal your money!

Lesson 1: Remember, DERAMPERS NEVER DERAMP A BAD SHARE. Watch the board for shares with no potential. They never have any derampers. Derampers only go after shares that are going upwards or have excellent potential to go up. Derampers get left behind, so they want to bring the price down to be able to get in at a great price.

Lesson 2: DERAMPERS ALWAYS BRING UP OLD NEWS THAT YOU HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES. New startup companies always have a few bits of bad news. The deramper will post this over and over again. The stupid deramper will try to make the old news a bit fresher to try to fool you.

Lesson 3: DERAMPERS POST MANY TIMES A DAY. They try to wear you out. They comment on everything, every other post, and can answer every question. THEY KNOW IT ALL! There is no positive comment they won't deramp. They try to control the board. True longs may have to address the derampers or they will appear to the newbies as being the people with all the information.

Lesson 4: DERAMPERS WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. Never trust a deramper. The truth on startup companies is that many mistakes are made and losses happen. The deramper will try to make you believe all startup companies make a profit, release financials every quarter and all aspects of the business run smoothly. THIS IS NOT TRUE. THE DERAMPERS LIE TO YOU. Startup companies can go years without profits, financials and good business, this is the nature of the beast.

Lesson 5: The derampers know YOU CAN'T VERIFY THEIR STATEMENTS. That's why they make the statements they do.

Lesson 6: The derampers PLAY ON YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. They can lie about information and you couldn't know the difference (unless you have done your assessment of the company and know the truth and facts).

Lesson 7: Derampers play on your lack of patience. YOU have held a share for a while. You knew it will be a big share someday, but the DERAMPER CAN GET TO YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE TIRED OF WAITING FOR YOUR GAIN. That's when the deramper is best. You are tired. You have forgotten the goal for the share was to hold it for one year. The deramper is bothersome, so you dump it on a bad day. Some others also dump. Then you get mad for your loss and return to let everyone know how mad you are. Then you turn into a deramper as well. THE DERAMPER HAS WON, AND GAINED A NEW PARTNER, TOO.

Lesson 8: BRING THE PRICE DOWN. That is the deramper's job. The truth is not important. Lies are the norm. Post continuously on the board every day. They are trying to hit the newbies visiting the board. They are trying to wear out the longs on the board. They do whatever it takes to wear the longs out.

Lesson 9: DERAMPERS WILL TRY TO CREATE DOUBT AND GET YOU TO RESEARCH ITEMS THAT THEY KNOW WILL LEAD TO THE CREATION OF DOUBT IN YOU AND IN OTHER SHAREHOLDERS. A typical trick of an advanced deramper is to propose that there is a potential "problem" because "we" don't have the facts on a particular subject. The deramper dares someone in the on package but DON'T GET INTO A CONVERSATION WITH THE DERAMPER REGARDING THE TOPIC. THAT IS WHERE YOU LOSE. DON'T CONVERSE WITH THE DERAMPER; ANSWER INDIRECTLY; DON'T USE THE DERAMPERS NAME; DON'T GET INTO A PERSONALITY CONTEST.

I belive the fund raising a few weeks ago was another way of surpressing the share price As always it was at a discount to the current share price of the time, and as we know the share price nearly always falls back to the placing price.Dont really understand whats going on in al heads at the moment but he obviously has a plan.Wether that has a pos effect for shareholders im not so sure.At least short term.

news of next investment can't be far off or it shows the fund raising 2 months ago had nothing to do with tern having a real need for funds at that point.

Ok guys - numbers:For every 100m pounds DA sells for we make 42.6m which equals 18p/share!So 500m = 90p/share1billion = 1.80 pounds/share And so on!Those selling today clearly think DA and all the other companies and the 3.5m pounds in the bank are pretty worthless!Conclusion- Panic not reason has caused this!Exactly what shorters aim to achieve!
