23/9/2024 16:29 | If true to form I think the boiler room gang will pump it before any further shares are issued .. nai | moneymaker6
23/9/2024 16:25 | It is a great pity that nobody warned shareholders just how worthless this Company was. | jonc
23/9/2024 16:23 | If those in charge really think TERN is a good bet then they should be all over this and buying the shares. | vitec
23/9/2024 16:16 | Big Q .. that’s an assumption we don’t know what the assets are worth until sold and we don’t know what percentage we will own at point of sale so there can’t be any forward looking expectation until an event ! | moneymaker6
23/9/2024 16:15 | As the resolutions were passed they may already have had an agreement to allot shares and that is why we are seeing chunky selling. | vitec
23/9/2024 16:12 | You don't get it do you. We had no choice. How did it work out on previous occassions. Badly. They will not sell anything and therefore without funds this is as good as dead. Yes they will issue more shares and we will get diluted even more but it is better to be in the game then not in the game. Lesser of the two evils. If I had my way the Fat Controller and his spivs would have been booted out years ago. But no pojnt in crying abgout it. I had a choice and I stuck with it. The only saving grace is the assets are worth more than the MCap but there is so much uncertainty that the market cannot see a clear picture. | vitec
23/9/2024 16:11 | They put us in this position in the first place. | carl19
23/9/2024 16:09 | Its not just the board though is it who voted for 250m more shares. | homtanks
23/9/2024 16:08 | Get rid of the bod now. Does a sub 1p share price convince people now! | carl19
23/9/2024 16:06 | Well done to those who voted for 250m more shares this was inevitable, will tern management or their those shareholders that voted for it learn after all these years of issuing more and more shares i doubt it. | homtanks
23/9/2024 16:06 | Great shareholder value being created, eroded more like. | kumala
23/9/2024 16:01 | Total and utter bargepole, always was. | owenski
23/9/2024 15:59 | How many muppets stumped up 1.25 pennies for this black hole rubbish - now at sub 1 penny. | owenski
23/9/2024 15:58 | Yep. 0. Junk stock. 00. Next. | 7rademark

23/9/2024 15:30 | Sell 1.5million @ 1.0038pence today and buy back 4.5million @ 0.33pence once any intention to delist is announced. We have suffered from corrupt insider dealing alongside corporate greed over several years now; so such an event would represent a last throw of the dice for those who have profited (again and again) at the expense of we private investors. The BoD have vigorously denied that there is an intention to execute a MBO and I believe them. A potential departure from AIM though is another matter. Could wardy extract an answer from Tim as to whether such a route is under consideration? | mudbath
23/9/2024 15:29 | Tern: probably the only share on AIM where directors' buys don't help the share price ('cause they were too small). This BOD has so much to learn .... Roll on an exit of some sort to get some of our money back. | andrbea
23/9/2024 15:22 | Note the Title of the Article. Directors Talk Emily Johnson, September 23, 2024 Tern Plc Secures £144K Through Successful Open Offer, Strengthening IoT Ambitions [Article follows] | tullynessle
23/9/2024 15:21 | I am detecting an air of optimism now that Tern is fully funded to the end of October. However you will need to dig deep for the Boards Xmas Bash. | jonc
23/9/2024 15:09 | I cannot believe I actually bought some of these in the low 40,s. How can the bod come out with the good old "creating shareholder value" in most rns,s.Embarrassing beyond belief. | cambradjones
23/9/2024 14:46 | It's £15k, someone is desperate for a winter holiday! | tburns
23/9/2024 14:40 | 1.5 million dumped ..bloody grim | dane1606 |
