20/9/2024 15:22 | And what will they waste that £3m on? | cambradjones
20/9/2024 12:34 | Till. Late October sounds good. Need some shareholder’s with enough skin in the game to be taken seriously. I’d be happy to attend but only small fry compared to many. A pity my wife isn’t interested. I’ve seen her wipe the floor with difficult questions and getting answers and time lines in business meetings. She hits the right buttons🤣 | bingoprize
20/9/2024 12:33 | I dont think the rights issue is what they are after but the authority to issue 250m shares to draw down on the £3m loan, i think it says it in the RNS. With a retail offering you have to expect mixed reaction to any take up or not. | homtanks
20/9/2024 10:25 | Hopefully most shareholders with "Entitlements" will have purchased shares in the Rights Issue (even at a slightly higher price) in the knowledge that although the live market was not the "cheapest" option (at around 1.15p) , the R.I. price (1.25p) was likely to deliver the best value in the immediate and longer term. ==================== Tullynessle17 Sep '24 - 15:02 - 354449 of 354569 Edit tburns / 354436 Personally, I believe it is important that TERN raises cash sufficient for a minimum of three months. At the moment the only way for cash to be directed to Tern is via the Rights Issue. I took a considered decision that buying shares at 1.25p in the Rights Issue (with cash to TERN) is reasonable. Basically - sufficient cash to buy time. I am not impressed by alternatives. However each to their own strategy. | tullynessle
20/9/2024 08:35 | When a company makes no money, it seems to win awards instead. | owenski
20/9/2024 08:29 | Tern saw the Konektio books before putting your cash in.How did that work out? | jonc
20/9/2024 08:24 | Much like DA always winning awards and accolades but numbers dont appear but I now hang onto 1011 surely they saw the books only a year ago and decided to put in $4m. We all talk about 1011, but we forget T1 put in additional $2m so thats $6m into DA less than a year ago not an insignificant amount by 2 new investors. | homtanks
20/9/2024 08:17 | Buy price now above rights issue price, will know Monday how the rights issue went, I see directors taking their full entitlement Ritchie and Payne, no idea If Sisto and Leith are but they must be, they would look stupid if they did not!! Wyld pricing was strange yesterday went up 60% at one stage and went red also later, there was big sell possibly Tern selling a few, ending a few percent up. Still looks oversold here on FVR value alone, but not a buyer. | wardy333

19/9/2024 16:12 | Whilst waiting for results of the Rights Issue and the General Meeting, I had a look at the FundamentalVR website. Hopefully, when they decide to share more the site will be re-energised. (Personal comment - IMO) The announcement appears highly positive. 19/9/2024 15:43 | FundamentalVR / NHS The News item below is available at the "Case Study" page of the FundamentalVR website. It is gratifying to note that, "At NHS St George’s, our platform has now been mandated as part of the orthopedic training program." Even better is the interest by the National Health Service (NHS) in working with FundamentalVR. Perhaps an opportunity for participation in the Skills and Efficiency programmes likely to be introduced for reorganisation of that institution? Extract: "At NHS St George’s, our platform has now been mandated as part of the orthopedic training program. All Junior Orthopedic Research Fellows, Core Trainees and Orthopedic Registrars are able to access and utilize Fundamental Surgery on a regular basis." FundamentalVR Orthopedic Case Study – St George’s Orthopedic surgeons at NHS St George's Hospital were seeking more exposure to hands-on, data-driven learning opportunities to shorten the learning curve of surgical training. Background Even prior to the pandemic, orthopedic surgeons at NHS St George’s Hospital in the UK were seeking more exposure to hands-on and data-driven learning opportunities to shorten the learning curve in surgical training. Access to cadaver labs and practical training was, and is still, limited. There was a clear need for a training tool to bridge the gap and maintain development in their orthopedic program. 19/9/2024 14:14 | Second thoughts on 354553# Well the LTH brigade have suffered a 96% loss a few more buys at 1.25p will aid their final departure.. | emigna2020
19/9/2024 14:12 | Why would anyone take up the rights issue ffs. | emigna2020
19/9/2024 13:56 | Difficult to know how much of the rights issue will be taken up by holders, big lift at Wyld today it needed that, how the vote will go on more shares being issued is hard to say would think it will be rejected but you never know, these clowns in charge have had years to do something positive for holders , but its only been positive for them. 10/11 have to take the second tranche or if they don't that tells me D/A are not making enough money to attract investors. Looks oversold to me on FVR value alone, but that company is another secret that never gets told, who knows anything could happen here, a takeover kicking A/S and co into touch would be the best option for holders. | wardy333
19/9/2024 13:22 | Very true, almost intentional you could think. | cambradjones |
