18/9/2024 07:22 | And none of you want to try and fix anything, much rather bang on the same old arguments and hope it all goes down the pan to nothing so you can say see I told you so. | bingoprize
18/9/2024 06:44 | You gotta laugh at poor Wardy . He’s done this on multiple shares now. | ognotfodees
18/9/2024 06:43 | Wardy fella , some you win some you lose. You seem to only pick the losers . Give up the investing game yeah ? It’s not for you | ognotfodees
18/9/2024 06:31 | Tern management have won, they get to keep their 10 years of fat salaries and their personal holdings in the investees all thanks to tern shareholders. Al tells us the likes of TM go for X 50 revenue... well that time is now. | homtanks
17/9/2024 22:46 | No one's winning anything. As regards valuations, we know precisely what our investment in Wyld is worth (and that's 12.5% less then it was yesterday and 5% of what it was a year ago). Talking Medicines remains unproven, DA is worth what the 1011 investment valued it at, unless the second tranche fails to materialise in which case it's worth a hell of a lot less. That leaves FVR doing an awful lot of the heavy lifting. Like wardy, I've written this investment off but will hang around for the denouement | onsideman
17/9/2024 22:28 | Agree with Wardy, the value of Terns holdings must be significantly greater than its market capital. Let's be honest, no one is going to buy Tern for it's current market capital. The worry is lack of Tern funds to match the ambitions / progress / funding requirements of its investees that results in further reductions of Terns interests. As it stands now, albeit with only conflicting information available across the Web RE revenues, the value of Terns interests have to be considerably greater than current market capital as a minimum. Therefore without any optimism added, the share price / MC is significantly lower than true value. I think the doomsayers, shorters, bitter previously burned posters are winning the day unfortunately. | 1swifty

17/9/2024 20:38 | The problem does not lie with holders we are not the ones who kept doing highly discounted placings with unknown people who the company refused to say who they were , we did not make dubious claims that the S/P was pathetic causing people to invest more. We have done nothing only tried to stop the dilution, kicked a useless CEO off the board who should of done the decent thing and walked, its been a catalogue of bad decisions, lack of P/R , keeping everything secret from holders has killed the S/P, they are afraid to say the truth about revenue at D/A, we will have to see how 10/11 think its going and if they take up the second tranche, if they don't its curtains for D/A. The rights issue could go either way if it fails then we are in further trouble, with a M/C of around £5 million its turned into a massive failure , could find a suitor who would sack the Bod at first opportunity and sell off the assets, our 12 % in FVR has to be worth current M/C and more but again its not listed and is one big secret on revenues, who knows the final outcome here, no one currently but is ain't looking great from a holders position. | wardy333
17/9/2024 19:05 | Well Cmac, you are saying the problems can not be solved. I’m saying let’s rebuild from foundation level take one problem at a time. I never liked handing someone a problem unless I had some idea of a solution to go with it. I think some humble pie would be a start. Or how do you eat an elephant…̷ | bingoprize
