Tern could stay on AIM for another 10 years and still not get valued as it should be,
that's why a dual listing of tern on part of OTC is a breath of fresh air.

People with knowledge of IoT and skin in the game will then run their rulers over DA, Wyld and FVR.

It would seem InVMA acquired Amiho first and then,



Wyld was spun out of that acquisition.




If you look closely you can see that the soldered on daughter board is labelled Amiho.






Same difference.



So. Wyld was spun out of technology developed by Amiho prior to filing their patent and like as not used that technology on their project funded by Innovate UK,



which, to me, kind of begs a question as to whether Wyld might have filed based on prior art as developed by Amiho. That may be sufficient to invalidate their patent but I guess we will not know until it is published and not without a bit more digging.

When TERN looks to valuing DEVICE AUTHORITY it does not just look at what it’s sales are today and what it’s taken in the last tax year like you would a shop,John C pub,or small factory all these businesses can’t grow exponentially like a internet company
DEVICE AUTHORITY is a internet company that can grow exponentially and will be valued accordingly, so for instance if DA (Device Authority)make a killing in the USA thxs to president Biden new ruling that all government companies and contractors must follow executive order on improving the nation’s cyber security DA is the only company that can do this on line with the correct certification, so if DA get 20% to30% of USA cyber security work (1-2 $billion)you could then expect Cyber attacks to move to softer targets abroad from USA to Canada and then south America,Europe,Uk,Africa,Asia,Australia and then DA would be getting all that work as well
The valuation of a internet based company (DA)is not just were the company is now but its expectation in the next 5 to 10 years is how you value it and for every billion you value it you can add £1.50 to TERN stock share price
TERN is signing its customer up to 10 &15 year contracts
So if TERN sale for a very conservative 5 billion the share price will jump to £7.50
This can happen anytime soon tern have said what they want sell for (I which they would tell me lol)but the likes of Microsoft know what tern has made an offer to sell for .
TERN have said that they now want to put on hold selling for 2 quarters (6 months)
I maybe wrong here but I think the two quarters ends on end of September and the Biden thing ends on the 12 November
TERN is obviously looking at how many new clients it will pickup thxs to the Biden ruling to up your cyber security system they obviously believe the price should go up (so do I hehe)
