andrbea, I am with you on this DA exit valuation price. At that price Microsoft would get a wonderful bargain and it seems an entirely reasonable figure. With all the partnerships, ecosystem and sheer quality of interest in KeyScaler, plus the fact that we appear to be THE key solution, it would be a great bargain for them. The $3.5bn works out at £3.66 per share, assuming 50% interest (I know we have more), the 25% b shares, 0.79 GBP = 1 USD and before 40% special dividend and 10% bod cut. Given the price that "old hat" security has gone for, I suspect you are about right in your ball-park valuation. It is most certainly not a "ramp" figure by any means.

If Microsoft earns $9bn/quarter in IoT then my ball-park exit valuation of $3.5bn for DA is a drop in the ocean for MS, who earn it back in the next quarter.
And, for that one-off investment, they get lifetime cycle management of IoT devices at scale, plus legacy devices. So a measly quarter gets you the future and the past.

The identity & security assets are managed per device, for the lifetime of that device.

That was nearly the difference between the 38k sell and the 25k buy from earlier, under 3k difference, serious shortage of stock around as eBomber states buyers would welcome sellers currently

Roll out IoT device certificates to boost network security is one thing. What about the lifecycle management

andrbea, just where do the FDO users go after they've boarded the devices ?

They need a lifetime manager.

the process just can't stop there or it falls down.

DA should clean up here..

Quite, SW

And the 10-15 years of revenue/client for a lifetime manager ... sounds far better than the SDO step (main candidate: Intel) lasting ca. 1 minute/device...., and then finito.

Too much to read into an 86222 sell then followed by a
50000 buy
30000 buy
7000 buy

Is liquidity that bad that every buy has to matched with a sell to allow the trade, should be such an awesome re-rate when the Silent One becomes the talkative one, careful I sound like I work for Microsoft there

It's positive we're seeing steady increases, and the great research fellow posters discover is wonderful..... I have nothing but confidence in our IOT investments. My issues are always the same. Why does AS say nothing? Is it because he honestly believes there is nothing to say? Which I would question his position as CEO if that were the case. Or his hands are tied due to impending news? Problem we all have is AS has for years disappointed with news flow. Come on AS pull the biggest re rate in AIM history.

"The Rendezvous Server says, Hey, I've got this ownership voucher. So when the device calls up, I'll know that DA is its rightful owner ...."

Why would a bunch of extra long term old farty holders ( allegedly) post on and on and on about this share; today it has rise 2% on a 4% spread, not something that anyone would bother with in a normal AIM holding.

Answers available on an FCA letter head- their time will come for prosecution.
