Clarification of dividend timeline

Further to the Annual Report and AGM notice announcement made by the Company at 7.00 am on 4 April 2023 (RNS Number: 2160V), the Company seeks to clarify details regarding the dividend timetable for the final dividend for the year ending 1 January 2023.

In respect of the proposed final dividend of 7.0p per ordinary share for the year ending 1 January 2023, the following timeline will apply subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2023.

 Record date:        19 May 2023 
 Payment date:       13 June 2023 
 
 
 

The dividend will be paid on 13 June 2023 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 19 May 2023.
