Looks like those trades on 3 Feb were PG. He now has 19.2% having bought another 3m.

Well, given that the statement wasn't exactly inspiring, looks a bit like everyone has got bored, which could be a good sign, or at least not a bad sign.

Hopefully the markets are looking forward to a more stable 2014 with some delayed revenue and retentions due, that make the business look more sustainable, if a little un-exiting (unless some one bids for it but no sign of that!)

Frustrating TS - much to be positive about, unfortunate delays in some areas and the ongoing sore that is GMA. How those scumbags can legitimately hold onto full retention is beyond me - a classic example of bullying big business abusing the little guy.

Unfortunately it's comments like "some degree of uncertainty over the precise timing of revenue recognition and cash receipts" that is not helpful.

Morning all. On a positive note. We have at least one thing to look forward to in the next couple of months...

Re Dagenham ``The Board expects this plant to be handed over ON TIME and budget in the current quarter and final retentions of approximately GBP1.5m are expected to be released at that point. TEG will then commence a 15-year operating and maintenance contract and will retain 24.5% ownership of the facility.``

From 22/11/12 Early 2014 stated as completion date.

``Foresight Group ("Foresight"), the specialist recycling and green energy investor, has raised the full capital required to fund the facility, through a special purpose vehicle ("SPV") called TEG Biogas (London) Limited of which TEG has taken a 24.5% shareholding. Construction of the plant will generate approximately GBP16 million in revenues for TEG over the period of construction and the facility is scheduled for completion in EARLY 2014, following the commissioning period that is expected to commence in quarter 3 of 2013.``

Based on last year there was a pre close update on 10/1/13 before results 18/3/13 so maybe we are overdue an update ? According to advfn there has been no RNS since 30/9/13 which is disappointing

As a long term holder ( sufferer ??) lets hope that there is a positive pre close up date next week, maybe something has leaked out and not just wishful thinking. I still believe this is a sound business, a good business model, on trend with Green agendas etc. I hope there is good progress on the Bolton project and that we can look forward to the full retention value. I hope there is also good news on the developemnt of the Gayden site

Well FWIW, I used the small uptick to get out completely. I'm distinctly nervous about the imminent pre-close trading update.

I hope, for holders' sakes, that my fears prove unfounded - but I can't imagine the actual numbers will look pretty given the problems in Bolton. Of course - the narrative may well be optimistic; time will tell.

Up 12% on ADVFN numbers, something real happening or just a new year mark up ??
