Surely not another non exec sale, if it’s so good why sell? Maybe I’ll follow their view - if it’s not good enough for them, maybe not good enough for me. Thought we may see some exec directors buying today on the back of the good numbers.

But only an in line. I just don’t understand the numbers coming out and how profitable are they. Looking back, it looks like they have increased pricing by 4% ish - so they will also have seen some good volume growth.

Ten Entertainment (TEG) is ‘still undervalued’ compared to its peer Hollywood Bowl, says Peel Hunt.

Analyst Douglas Jack retained his ‘buy’ recommendation and increased his target price on the stock from 325p to 350p ahead of a full-year trading statement. The shares were trading at 306p yesterday.

Jack is forecasting 20% earnings growth due to ‘a mix of strong like-for-like sales and high returns on expansion, refurbishment, and innovation’.

‘Although organic expansion should bring the same costs and returns as the company’s acquisition model, we believe a proven organic model should help build the rating, narrowing what we view as being a large, unjustifiable 30% enterprise value/earnings discount to Hollywood Bowl,’ said Jack.
