08/1/2020 10:52 | Where do you see that info as I can’t find it | shares9876
08/1/2020 10:05 | They do here | rolo7
08/1/2020 09:20 | Ok, thought so. I still go back to if the shares are that good value, why don’t the CEO and CFO have more skin in the game. | shares9876
06/1/2020 19:51 | Yeah in my case a complete bucket load | davr0s
06/1/2020 19:49 | I always take house broker values with a slight pinch of salt. | shares9876
06/1/2020 10:42 | Thanks for that heads up, podgyted. | saucepan
06/1/2020 09:38 | Not surprised, well run outfit with a lot of potential ahead!! | johndoe23
06/1/2020 09:19 | Peel Hunt raises TP to 350p from 325p | podgyted
22/12/2019 13:19 | Sorry you’re right, the Directors hold more, but the main Director ownership you refer to, is the previous PE fund I believe. I was referring to the Chairman (selling down), CEO, COO and CFO. | shares9876
21/12/2019 21:43 | It is surely for the shareholders to decide how to reward the executive management and the Directors’ Remuneration Report explains what they decided. For what it is worth the Directors of TEN hold a higher proportion of the shares than the Directors of BOWL do. Both companies are good investment prospects in my opinion. | martindjzz
21/12/2019 18:53 | No chance of a takeover given what happened when CMA looked at the Bowlplex takeover that BOWL did. I can’t get myself invested in this business when management don’t have a big holding (or even a requirement to hold a % of salary, based on last years Annual Report) and the Exec Chair keeps selling (he made a tidy sum at IPO). At least the guys at BOWL have some real sizeable holdings. | shares9876
20/12/2019 15:25 | Thanks for the heads up with the Slater holdings RNS, tromso1 and M1das_Touch. I might have missed it otherwise. I agree with your comments. It is also rather satisfying to be here ahead of him :-) | saucepan
20/12/2019 14:00 | Quite a chunk taken by Slater Investments. One of the best fund managers out there. With Mark Slater at the helm you know you're in good company. | tromso1
20/12/2019 13:53 | Big volume explained by Slater Investments taking a 9.5% stake, presumably for their income fund. Bold vote of confidence in TEG's future prospects. | m1das_touch
19/12/2019 16:31 | Big volume!? | rolo7
16/12/2019 22:20 | Hi f15 and Podgyted. I doubt CMA will be interested in this. I used the search by City function on the site you mention and found that there are not many places with more than one site. I imagine rational for a merger would be simple growth for BOWL rather than eliminating competition. | martindjzz
15/12/2019 17:45 | Agreed. I still think we are undervalued compared to bowl so hopefully we will continue to see positive share price momentum | baddeal
14/12/2019 15:18 | According to this (doesn't look a particularly up to date site):- There are @320 sites - TEG seem to have 45 and BOWL 60 - close to a third combined. I would have said there is CMA risk. Personally I'd rather there were no takeover, TEG is one of those shares which I plan to hold for a long time for steady growth and dividends. | podgyted
14/12/2019 12:33 | Is a takeover/merger likely? Would it not get blocked by the CMA? | f15jcm
13/12/2019 08:28 | Yes, good sector read-across from BOWL it would seem. | saucepan
13/12/2019 08:21 | Excellent results from BOWL this morning, hence nice rise here. Maybe a realistic takeover target here... | johndoe23
06/12/2019 12:29 | Thanks Saucepan. I see the naked one talks about BOWL taking out TEG.The former have there results next Friday.Should be a good read across to to TEG. | shauney2
06/12/2019 11:37 | Cheers, podgyted. Thanks for the heads up with Naked Trader. I myself bought a starter position this morning. I like the fundamentals, and I think the chart looks rather good. 282p was an all-time intra-day high, printed on 15 June 2018: so we are not far off moving into blue sky now. A very constructive rounded base has formed since the high. | saucepan
06/12/2019 11:26 | Thanks S - the header in the old one was doing my head in. Anyway noticed in his diary of 5th Dec The Naked Trader added to his holdings of TEG. Make of that what you will. | podgyted
05/12/2019 22:42 | Please note: other Company threads found on ADVFN with the EPIC code "TEG" were not opened to cover Ten Entertainment Group. "TEG Group", which previously used the EPIC "TEG", was an organic waste recycling company. TEG Group went into liquidation on 23 December 2014, after failing to secure future funding. To add further to any potential confusion, "TEG" was also used in the past to refer to the Company Teather & Greenwood. Ten Entertainment Group PLC only floated on 12 April 2017, and took over the redundant EPIC "TEG". | saucepan |
