The Company announces that, on 15(th) June 2018, it purchased into Treasury 180,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.1683 per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 11,832,953 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 266,086,000. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
