Not first, but this discussion is and has been, much more biased than hardly any in this venue. And certain commentators just seem to accelerate push down efforts. Humble opinion. I think its fair to tell in what position the commentator is.

Frazboy, agree, tesla is just for promotion purposes. but the 10 or so other car manufacturers all still need aeq101 Auto quality and until recently this company couldn't even verify the identity of its owner nor the identity of a large HK investor. Who's going to trust them to provide technology to keep cars safe on the road????

Wrong conclusions and observations.

Large short creates huge opportunity for longs but doesnt have any negative reactions. Shorts need to be squeezed anyhow.
Large nr of potential bidders - rumors or not, there is something going on. Telegraph is well informed typically.
Automotive business - not so important in value creation as indicated and Tesla is just one of those many clients.

I am long in this stock.

Senor - i'm not actually sure the Tesla contract is relevant except as a way of making the company appear to be an attractive business - somewhere in the accounts you'll find that they do business with 10 or so other car manufacturers, so presumably that's where the supposed value is?

the buying this more has taken a different tack, some large purchases above 180p, i closed the beer money short but will look to reopen if the price stabilises.

momentary blip due to takeover rumour.

If HK investment fund were looking to take over they would put pressure on the Price to drop it, and takeover at lower price.

If they were looking to turn a quick profit they would stoke the rumour of a takeover so they can sell at higher p[rice.

Rumours are rumours and normally started on Share discussion boards.

What we know for fact, Tesla financials not so great on last market update and they will be putting pressure on suppliers to cost down their components.

TCM have made it clear they are trying to sell off their Auto business (Tesla is Auto Customer) And to be honest Auto component need AEQ101 Quality standards which are quite rigorous, who is going to have confidence in TCM given their recent problems with oooozzzies or whatever alias they are now using?

There is nothing of value here, even if the rumour about a TO was true, this is overvalued and they would just push down the price over the next couple of years, like I said before, this is a dead man walking IMO

Really? Looks like 180p is more likely. I sold my small holding based on all the negative comments here and now the price seems going up and up. I guess the truth is nobody really knows what the future will bring.

this share has a tendency, on certain days, to be walked up into the close. it seems to be repeating that pattern today.

so, trading update due, what they'll tell us i do not know but i'm expecting it to be poor (sales process continuing no final offers yet received, exceptional costs to be incurred for closing certain business units, no new directors have been appointed but the search is still going well, cash flow positive so no need to raise funds this year but early next year to help with the restructuring is a possibility, sales progressing well but slight disappointment on the Tesla hiatus on the model S (and implications for Telit IOT module), ongoing dialogue with the FCA positive and constructive, etc, etc, etc...)

but i'm also expecting a buyer to appear to mop up stock. interestingly, we are,I think, now out of the lock up period.

Any progress on the acquisitions? You remember, the ones they raised £39M for over 6 months ago?



The proceeds from the Placing will be used to fund several identified acquisition opportunities, mainly in the IoT Services sector, which the Company will look to execute in the near to medium term.

Is it now accepted the £££; was used to keep the lights on?

Still at 12.1%? Lombard back up (notified on the 2nd which was the day of the recent press release), offsetting Leucedia who were down by the same percentage (0.31).

Book to Market ratio of the shares stands at 0.567429 = overvalued = bad
The Return on Assets is 0.03163 = 3% = very bad
The ERP5 is 6457 = very high = very bad
The Cross SMA 50/200 0.64843 = negative momentum = very bad
The MF Rank is 7516 = very high = very bad

Regardless of the recent bad news in relation to alleged fraud and FCA investigation, this is far from being an investment grade company.

DYOR but this is a strong sell IMO...........

For sure the weak link here is the nomad. Nomads are not famous for standing by their clients in difficulty ... but then it is a fine line they run between doing right by their client and protecting their own back!

These guys seem to have already been shafted by one nomad. But then canaccord have form on ditching clients in hostile senarios. Those of you old enough might remember southern era diamonds from the boom days

Poor performance from Tesla reported last night basically knocks any value out of TCMs Automotive business too, in short.
-Assets they are trying to sell - have no value
-Potentially Fraudulent ownership of shares/company.
-Still the Most shorted AIM stock
-Regulator probing, albeit the 'company' is not under formal investigation
-Widespread concern about recent share transactions, including who is the Chinese investor or is this just another Alias?
- Notable shorters and market commentators gunning against TCM
- Press are gunning against TCM.

This company was winning contracts on a weekly basis, sucked in a load of newbie investors and then went t1ts up. Looks like a re-run with TCM to me....

Hopefully this will be suspended before anyone else put's there hard earned cash into this con.
