This is rangebound, so needs decisive move with volume either below 140 or a minimum of 170 to show new direction. I personally wouldn't buy until it's cleared the range, and some clarity over finances.

Absolutely - it is clear that Jian Xue is acting in concert, but clearly not declared. As to who they are is anyone's guess...i asked my old mates in HK and they have never heard of this very large holder.....

Simply delays the cash raising - unless of course it is fully underwritten by Israeli banks and investors...

Old CEO back in as non-exec chair in a few months?

Unbelievable!!

Still.. they managed to vote Miriam back in - keep it in the family.

Maybe the long arm of Oozi is still steering things behind the scenes. lol

Non-exec appointments voted down including chairman. Strange as most of these were brought in to try to give the impression that Telit was sorting out its corporate governance issues.

This uncertainty can't help with continuing to try to source debt funding.

I reckon Goldman are simply hedging options positions that they have sold to clients

No idea timmy

short positions haven't changed, and the financial problems are well known but efforts are being made sort this.

Meantime, this is still a real business building an IoT infrastructure with leveraged software management sales on top.

The shares remain range bound if the market perceives credible change in the financial position then these could start to move. I have issues with YF and still think he needs to go also, but here we are.

On my watch list for now.

“LTE is connecting massive numbers of IoT devices to networks around the world, but this is especially true in the US,” said Yossi Moscovitz, president products and solutions, Telit. “We are proud to carry the largest combined portfolio of products and services with Verizon modules ranging from 2G to LTE Cat M1 through Cat 11 including miniature sized modules to standard form-factor data-cards.”

FCA disclosed shorts are down a bit and the IG book looks balanced (at least on number of positions) at 51% long so looks like they are happy to take short positions again. Can be one of the hazards of shorting - the worst companies often have the worst borrow!

Yeah the market is pretty brutal at the moment with failing companies and I wouldn't rule out this being a zero given the cash flow characteristics. Weirdly though it's often the worst of companies that often end up getting bailed out by their shareholders.

great post and thanks. if they shut down IoT services business, you might get more cash saving in the longer term, but its cash now they need.

Not sure about a rights issue - the old ceo shares are still a puzzle (did they get sold to the Chinese, or parked somewhere else). I do not think the Chinese haave more cash to throw at this, and the advisors are highly unlikely to underwrite the rights issue, so a tough place to be in. Not sure if you followed Conviviality.....but they could bot get a rescue rights issue away despite significant operating cash flow. Put into administration and quickly dismembered.
