Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 175,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the requirements of the 2017/18 Share Incentive Plan ("New Shares"). The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 28(th) March 2018.

Following the allotment and issue of the New Shares, the Company's issued share capital and Total Voting Rights will comprise 75,516,000 Ordinary Shares and the Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently 75,516,000 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
