The Company has been informed that Judith Wiseman, spouse of Andrew Wiseman, Chairman of the Company, today transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 1.32% of the Company's issued share capital, to Andrew Wiseman for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Andrew Wiseman and persons closely associated with him remains unchanged at 2,208,189 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
