Master RSI I disagree not lucky at all. The market for once accepting the fact that half years are no respecter of completion dates as clearly demonstrated last year Since he took the office the CEO has done everything he says on the tin performed above expectations and the market have accepted the fact hat by month 8 he has already achieved 95% of target He is the dog's bolocks All it will now take is mopping up a few of the residuals at Manhaattan and Bermondsey he will be home and hosed crossing the winning line doing cartwheels

On looking at figures for the Interim Earnings per share: 9.4p ( 9.9p ) Increased interim dividend by 11.1 per cent to 8 pence Sales, profits, cash flow ( NEGATIVE ) and EPS lower than last Year, only dividend increased ( only covered 1.1 times ), but they say better profits for the full year. I would say, lucky that it was a House building day on the market today otherwise .....

After slightly dampended expectations, the interims, out this morning, read encouragingly well and it’s nice to see the share price responding accordingly. An 11% increase in the dividend, too, which is pleasing and shows confidence in the outcome for the year,

Interims look as exoected. Quite a lot of detail on individual schemes which gives confidence. Some benefits from first time buyer stamp duty cut.

Yes the market will react to the artificial portcullis of H1 If you have been following TEF you will know that Stratopshere was the game changer where prices achieved despite selling early off plan are a country mile ahead of initial appraisals . Secret santa as completions just about to start This will make a mockery of H1 They have been working very hard on their IPRS deals and I am sure they will be announcing another monster soon Looking forward to filing up should there be a market overreaction They have just managed to pre -sell the 4 penthouses at Stratford Central for £1.2m plus which is a major result in a challenging market

I sold today after holding for quite a while. Two reasons; market may overreact to decline in interims, although already flagged. Secondly - Brexit. Don't want to be holding many UK focussed stocks for the next 5 years quite frankly. Why take the risk?

Thanks, but as you say H1 revenue has been flagged for some time. Anyway I am in for the long term.

Olddog Its been well flagged up that revenue has dropped in H1 as the majority of the completions are taking place in a window from Oct to January They are just about to start handing over apartments in the mighty Stratopshere where tens of millions are rolling in SP dropping as may investors will be spooked by H1 revenue and forward sales down

Looks like prayers might not be answered this week. Price dropping before interims - not good sign, I fear.

Which has now been filled. Ok let’s see if the price can recover a bit before the interim. Not sure why we are depressed - maybe nervous about budget?

Have noticed a large spread on these. Closing tonight spread was 10p. Bit frustrating as am trying to buy some at 405. Got all excited when saw closing price of 401 only to be let down on closer examination. Any ideas why spread so large at opening and now closing?
