12/8/2016 16:32 | But I will be checking it out again in 6 months when I re check my bills.Experience from a prospective customer was 10 / 10 | hopeful holder
12/8/2016 16:30 | I met some reps from . TEP the other day who came around to talk seriously about looking at what I could save. Two very nice people indeed who you would be happy to place your business. In the end I could not get the numbers to stack up on an individual basis and not really wanting to put all my eggs in the TEP basket in one go without testing them out first. So anyone from the board reading this take note. I want to Trust you and build a relationship with you prior to giving you all my utility bills on the promise I might / could save money but without testing your customer service first. | hopeful holder
28/7/2016 20:41 | It would be nice Bob, I'm looking for this to grow strongly over the next few months with my own first target at £12. | hopeful holder
28/7/2016 16:16 | I think news of 400'000 customers deserting BG in the last 6 months out today will have some private investors making the switch to TEP SO WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF WE SEE FURTHER GAINS TOMORROW INSTEAD OF A DROP ( IMHO ) | bigbob6
28/7/2016 14:03 | Climbing high to make you pay plenty for your divi reinvestment shares. Expect a quick drop tomorrow before it rises again. | hopeful holder

24/6/2016 20:36 | Although closed down tonight on yesterday's high this was only -8%, nearly he same as FTSE 250, down -7.19% | raymund
22/6/2016 16:24 | Breakout from long term downtrend ?? | droid
17/6/2016 14:10 | I have first hand knowledge of how effective the LED bulb promotion is in gaining and locking in customers taking all 5 services.Rising wholesale energy prices are already starting to impact on the cheaper energy suppliers so I think TEP may be over the worse in terms of slower growth. | droid
14/6/2016 11:38 | Share Incentive Scheme Charges Operating profit is stated after share incentive scheme charges of £2.5m (2015: credits of £1.0m). These relate to an accounting charge under IFRS 2 Share Based Payments ('IFRS 2') and arose principally as a result of the increase in the Company's share price over the year. As a result of the relative size of share incentive scheme charges/credits as a proportion of our pre-tax profits, we are separately disclosing this amount within the Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income for the period (and excluding these charges from our calculation of adjusted profits and earnings) so that the underlying performance of the business can be clearly identified. Our current adjusted earnings per share have also therefore been adjusted to eliminate these share incentive scheme charges. | senor_sensible
14/6/2016 11:34 | it's actually neither, if you read accounts properly.... Customer Churn is climbing Customer Spend is dropping Statutory Profit is down 3.3% Statutory EPS is down 2% to 39.8p, which does not cover the dividend they are paying at 46p The have to do little magic and make adjustable figures look better. I expect Dividend to drop after this year..... | senor_sensible
14/6/2016 10:58 | Weemonkey. For now this is not so much a growth stock but an income growth share which tends to be priced more according to the yield. | droid
14/6/2016 10:31 | Pedestrian growth for such a fancy rating. | weemonkey
14/6/2016 10:09 | based on a 2016/17 divi of 48.5p, these are now yielding 5%. | droid
14/6/2016 08:30 | Good solid results & happy to continue to hold. The offering of home insurance is a nice addition with motor, pet etc. To follow will add some nice revenue & profit in the coming years imo. Can see this making nice move upwards again once all eu shenanigans are over. Dyor as always!!CM | cheaky monkey
14/6/2016 08:20 | Happy that profits and divi are up at all in current environment. Single figure growth again this year but underlying trend looks sound. Will continue to hold but upside here looks limited in the short term. | droid
13/6/2016 19:52 | Ever so quiet here with results tomorrow, what do people expect? | raymund

31/5/2016 22:31 | The Board were expecting higher numbers from the Daffodil campaign (free LEDs). Nevertheless, its steady growth year on year. Looking fwd to results in June. | hession
31/5/2016 14:24 | looks like the bear is going hungry , all good in the hood record new members joining I hear | bigbob6
31/5/2016 13:51 | Droid, I'd like to think so.... but investors are far from exuberant so if we see further gains I suspect they will be hesitant. There has been much talk about UW struggling to compete with the cheapest tariffs at the moment and it's true that introductory offers from some other suppliers (at the expense of loyal longer term customers) are cheaper on a standalone basis. However, I reckon the majority of people who post on these forums are analytical types like me who would trawl comparison sites for the cheapest deal. It's the non analytical mums, dads, brothers, sisters and other people close to Distributors who readily become customers and buy into the benefits of the Discount Club. It is this approach which has, yet again, resulted in record profits and persuades me to continue to hold. The dividend is pretty good too. | hession
27/5/2016 09:43 | Has the long downtrend here finally been broken ?? | droid
23/5/2016 19:14 | Looks like trend may be finally turning - need to break and hold above £10 to secure it | davr0s |
