19/8/2014 14:51 | Sold some today. Will add back once it cracks £8 | mirshahik
19/8/2014 09:07 | I see that SSE are selling their UK telecoms data center's, don't suppose any useful assets to be had. | spacecake
18/8/2014 17:20 | Certainly large volume today! | itchycrack
06/8/2014 10:21 | Agree with you Silverfern. | mirshahik
06/8/2014 08:10 | Thanks for that. MArgins are a concern but all three reviews acknowledge the market is growing and Europe is growing for TCY faster than the UK, and margins are ok in Europe. If they don't spend money they'll be accused of head-in-the-sand in regard ot the competition; I thnk the balance is hard to strike but overall they are doing fine, and I agree (for once !) with IC and will 'hold' | silverfern
05/8/2014 16:47 | Some reaction to the results... Investors chronicle Telegraph Citywire | spacecake
05/8/2014 15:54 | Looks OK to me. | freddie ferret
04/8/2014 12:53 | I sold up at 800p after buying in at 650p just because the share price on this (and many others) has a history of oscillations that don't seem to be rooted in anything other than an artefact of [automated?] trading patterns. If it gets much lower I will buy back in because as noted above there doesn't seem to be any bad news causing this, but need to keep an eye on competition in the sector as strong growth is needed to maintain market share - as the economy picks up server demand will resume strong growth I'm sure. | jimbobtechstock
04/8/2014 12:24 | Share price creeping back up, will common sense win the day. Maybe I'm a bit thick, but the new revenue per kw metric seems irrelevant, the figure could move around for all sorts of reasons. | spacecake
04/8/2014 10:56 | Two of my holdings report ints. today. TCY profits up 9pc, shares down 5pc HSBA profits down 12pc, shares up 3pc. Now I know i'm thick.... | pilgrim
04/8/2014 10:28 | Investor presentation Q&A worth listening too | spacecake
04/8/2014 09:28 | Was waiting for these results with a view to taking a stake and have to say I am rather confused by what could only be considered a very negative reaction, the size of drop is what I would have expected for a minor profits warning rather than a " everything is on target" statement. Dont think I will be buying now but it is important to remember that most of the big city guys are away on holiday so August can be a bit crazy. | salpara111
04/8/2014 09:22 | Yep agree there silverfern - it just seems to be the case these days that stocks are marked down on results days, irrespective of the results! Nice rise in the divi too! | itchycrack
04/8/2014 09:07 | What in the report issued today prompts the fall other than there appears to be no amazing new growth story. I think the results are sound | silverfern
22/7/2014 10:58 | Good move today (thus far). Lets see if the 800p level can now become support. | itchycrack
22/7/2014 10:30 | Thank-you Spacecake, no news really, but nice to 'see' and hear Mr Tobin - first time for me despite being a holder for 18 months. | dr_smith
22/7/2014 09:11 | Interview, two weeks ago... | spacecake
21/7/2014 18:27 | Yep Itchy, and about time we seen a re-rating, we need to see continuing trading strength from the update in two weeks time. | spacecake
21/7/2014 13:07 | Looking strong here today, looking for a move above 800p in the not too distant future. | itchycrack
10/7/2014 07:48 | well they took nearly a year to appoint the CFO so I expect it's a good move THe shares suffered a re-rating this year but business itself seems to be as robust as ever. 40p eps on the cars - a p/e of 18 at current levels | silverfern
04/7/2014 15:24 | Strong datacentre growth reiterates Telecity as a 'buy' New figures on the prospects for datacentres bode well for data management facilities provider Telecity Group (TCY). Investec analyst Roger Phillips has reiterated his 'buy' recommendation and target price of 925p after a quarterly report from the CBRE showing a year-on-year rise of 90% in European demand for data centres in its first quarter, which follows on from a strong fourth quarter. Shares yesterday fell 7.5p, or 1%, to 737p. 'Amsterdam and Frankfurt were the stars, while London turned in a mixed performance, with strong headline demand skewed by large deals,' said Phillips. 'Overall, the full year 2014 thesis of double-digit organic growth in Europe and mid-single digit in the UK driving around 10% growth overall looks well supported.' He added that risks remained in 'unforeseen additions to industry supply'. | spacecake
10/6/2014 10:47 | Hmmm, pondering buying more | mirshahik
09/6/2014 09:38 | Looking very positive here! :-) | itchycrack
09/6/2014 09:37 | ALso topped up. At last there are a few of us here! | silverfern
06/6/2014 16:54 | I should have added even more, anyway, I'm back level again, out of the red and into the blue. | spacecake |
