Crossed my fingers and averaged down today at 82p. Seems a bit oversold?

Just purchased 21068 shares, in (two batches) looking at these as a good long-term investment.

They just need to get out and shout more. I know the last CEO was very active so hope the remanding board continue to do more. Lots of positives in the industry right now BP making a large play!

Just the slightest bit of selling causes these to drop. Can work the other way round though if buying occurs.

Very factual, giving more confidence to their FY estimates.

Are you able to share what Berenberg said ?

In my opinion this press release marks the beginning of a more active communication strategy from the company.
As jonwig said, we could always find news about contract wins on the company's website. But to actively communicate it to the market will give more visibility.
e.g. today Berenberg echoes those news on their morning e-mails - I don't think they would have done that if it weren't given the form of a press release.

tommy - they do put news on their website if not in an RNS (this was a 'Reach-RNS').

Great news! Shows a good level of diversification. The new Chairman is really taking control and pulling contracts in. I assume this is all upside from the high value (10 £m) of order book at the full year. Wish they put more news like this out as think it could help the low trading volumes.

My view is that under the new leadership they will do a few more bolt-ons and eliminate redundancies, and then the business will be ripe for being sold.

Agree think there will be lots of M&A in this sector

Added to header.
These institutions hold ~90%, so a thin market!

Director holdings small, so a t/o obviously a consideration.

I like it as another validation that the departure of the CEO means nothing in terms of the health of the business.

Thanks Thom, all understood. I been watching this one for a while and at circa 99p and or less than 5x forecast earnings, I am in. I think this is a long term play as the offshore space really starts to unfold and the group expands it service offering. I have met James and recently watched the investor presentation online, he was a nice and smart guy but obviously as an owner founder doesn’t want to be with the business forever, think he is like 29 (but defo doesn’t look it!) and he made a wedge back in 2010 with the first sale (if you read IM). Not much coverage on the broker side and notes are light so had to do a lot of my own work. Does anyone go to AGM i think it will be remote this year (COVID).

Hi Tom, Thom here.

The last few months were a bit too eventful: especially a number of issues related to covid19 (but none structural) and recently the departure of the CEO (which has raised legitimate concerns, but my view now is that it means nothing for the health of the business). Additionally the business is project-driven, which means it is quite lumpy. Due to all this, I've been a bit wary myself in recent months.

However, thanks to all the positive factors presented above, especially a very strong competitive position in a secular growth market, together with an attractive valuation, I am definitely warming up to the story again.
