The notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today and will be available later today to download from the Company's website at http://tekcapital.com/investors/announcements/. The Company's annual results for the year ended 30 November 2016 will be announced later this week and the Annual Report and Accounts will be sent to shareholders shortly thereafter.
