Unusual early buying interest in TEK and a small share price gain so far this morning.

buywell notes that Lucyd have released pictures/names of the 6 New styles that are now going to be released/sold over the coming 60days

Also that the Vyrb APP (gamechanger) is going to be released in September , ( also circa 60 days )

Plus the grant of yet another Utility patent which when it is granted with be yet another gamechanger and will imo decide the design of next generation of Lucyd frames planned (currently over 30 new styles/colors) see:



Lucyd already own many smart glasses design patents, interestingly :


At around 30g or circa 1.1oz Lucyd is around 64% lighter than Bose models and around 50% cheaper

The above patent will mean that Lucyd will be able to offer/sell a variety of
Designer/sports/office/work/beach type front frames at a cheaper price that can clip/connect to the one pair of Lucyd intelligent arms

One can see many buyers liking this option regarding day wear or work wear , with a change to sports or beach style at weekends for example or to a designer chic style for a dinner or evening date

" A number of key sporting goods and electronics retailers are currently evaluating Lucyd Lyte for inclusion in their stores "

This statement was made just a couple of days ago and so after the recent RNS's

Things are moving VERY fast now for Lucyd imo --- buywell is sure Bose and other competitors are watching very closely as Lucyd developments begin to increasingly translate into more and more deals and more sales and hence erode their own market share

buywell likes making predictions so here is another :

Lucyd following the introduction of the Vyrb APP and the full release of the next 6 frame styles AND then the grant of the Utility patent above --- will get an acquisition offer

At the current Lucyd $20M valuation , this will go higher as first the Vyrb APP is released and then higher again as the other Utility patent is granted hence :

A NAV in excess of 40p in August or more new news of a Guident deals or a MicroSalt deal(Salarius) being the catalysts

Wireless Smartglasses with Quick Connect Front Frames



Looks a great idea as there are NO ELECTRONICS in the front part of the frames -- this means someone can have a day set of frames for work/office, a sports set for that game of golf or fishing etc , a set for the beach and a set for that romantic evening dinner date

If the price is set just right buywell can see this idea selling well

Nearly $500K raised in crowdfunding


Looks like a 80% less sodium version due to be released within months

Sold in sachet form and for table use in a newly designed dispenser --- presumably patented and created for Salarius/MicroSalt so that it can be used for those tiny wee salt particles by salt junkies --- of which buywell is one --- it makes things taste better --- ground black pepper too

People must by now realize that eating too much salt is killing them --- so 80% less sodium with the same taste for home and eating out use should imo be a sell

The CEO and his family are a talented bunch without a doubt and the calibre of management staff that are now working for them in the TEK 4 companies speaks volumes regarding how they are perceived and respected in their spheres of expertise

Tekcapital is a 'Green Investment'


Everything it is doing is for the betterment of mankind

The name of Tekcapital might well have misled some ie thinking it was a 'financial' based investment company , with that capital word

buywell likes to think it is more about the gathering of the best technical (Tek) patents that can be used to create better outcomes ( capital) for humans

It is quite remarkable however that it remains a virtual unknown in the UK AIM BB community which is why buywell has featured it on the BUY thread

Perhaps when IC Alpha (Simon Thompson) do further updates on TEK eg after next results --- folks will wake up and take notice

Ref the patent owned by Guident which provides electricity to charge EV batteries from a new type of shock absorber

The latest news seems to be that the design has been completed

100W per shock is the design spec ie 400W output from the four on a vehicle

This translates to an extra 5 miles of range to the EV

Braking systems used by EV's recover electricity which extends range by 15 miles

It is thought that the industry would like that extra 5 miles range and the design is now being used to make test units to see if they work to specification

Check out the car credentials of the Guident management --- one can see where these shocks could be likely heading

Since I read/crawled all over the full IC article and watched the CEO vid (kindly posted above), I figured I might build a large position here - all the way up to 20p in fact.

It seems to have some remarkably good and interesting assets and I like the attitude of the CEO.

So far it suggests to me there might be much more to come .
Just what you want in a company isnt it ?..
