Re Directorate
The Board has been given notice by Alan Hand, Chief Executive Officer, that he wishes to step down from the Board and leave the business for his own personal reasons. Alan has agreed to continue in his role as CEO until 14 December, 2018.
A full and wide ranging search for his successor will begin immediately.
Since the end of Q1 the Company has continued to trade well and the integration of the 4 new site acquisitions are going smoothly. The Company remains on track to meet expectations for the year as a whole.
Nick Basing, Chairman said:
"We respect Alan's wish to step down. Working with him closely for nearly 10 years in this business has been a pleasure and I am disappointed not be continuing this successful journey together. I would like to express the Board's and my gratitude to Alan for the significant contribution he has made and wish him well."
