Completion of Acquisition of Southport Site
Further to its announcement on 20 March 2019 relating to the acquisition of Southport ('the Site'), Ten Entertainment Group plc ('the Group') is pleased to announce that following the satisfaction of all outstanding conditions, the Group completed the acquisition of the Site on Monday 1 April 2019. This grows the Group's estate to 44 sites.
In keeping with the standard practice, the Site will now benefit from investment as a result of the 'Tenpinisation' process, bringing the operations, systems and technology and customer experience up to the market-leading standards of the Group's wider estate.
The acquisition and investment are consistent with the Group's growth strategy and TEG has a proven track record of integrating acquired sites and delivering good returns.
