GFRD is worth a bit of ISA money, director bought Nov 22, announced two big contracts recently and a trading statement due mid Jan. Or RNO and TRI I guess.

Non-ISA I reckon SCPA has the greatest upside potential. Punters bored but Hanover are in there, directors buying.

AGK - watch this one, high vol since AUG and chart steepening - reckon these might be up for a bid. NCU looks a banker for a bid.

I can't help being amazed by the lucky timing shown by some of these directors. Still, they've left us a few crumbs, and it's great news. Well done fellow punters and happy Christmas. :-)

Directors were lucky buying 40K each so recently ay!

That's a fair bit of cash for me to redeploy now :-)

Altogether now!:

Well I wish it could be Christmas, every day
When the kids start singing and the band begins to play
Oh, I wish it could be Christmas, every day
Let the bells ring out for Christmas

ian, trading carries on as normal, you can sell now or wait for the extra 4p which will take weeks/months. It's a recommended bid and they have nearly 40% so I don't suppose there is much chance of a higher offer.

Excuse my ignorance in these matters, but as a holder, what happens now? Is trading suspended, and if so when will the shares that we all hold actually be "turned into cash"?

And is there a chance of a higher offer?
