Big volume again today - and starting to run :) Think a few are seeing the value here now :)

Seen that, thanks, Tole: very similar forecasts, so equally encouraging imo.

Yes absolutely - note came out thursday. KBC Peel Hunt also had a note out on the 7th which is worth a read.

Some things take time, and on ADVFN the rule is that shares with quiet BB threads are the best bet.

Edison have now put out a note on TLD, which is available here:

(You may have to register - free - if you haven't already done so.)

It is quite a well-argued piece, and suggests that the discount to other fund managers is excessive and unjustified, particularly in view of the higher expected growth rate. It sets a target price of 93p (24% uplift from the current 75p), which seems reasonable to me.

rossannan,
Quite the contrary, plenty of positive points if you have the patience. This is not a share that gets much attention and is definitely not one to take a short-term position on. Perhaps today's sellers have just realised that. The company seems to be positioning itself well in a popular sector, another twelve months of similar progress without glitches should see the price higher. Remember the directors' recent buys - they should be able to see things a bit further out.
IMHO, DYOR etc

rossannan, yes, on the 23rd August.
Don't suppose we can expect too much as they have spelled out the problem but I'm still looking forward to the trading update. I can't believe those directors would spend so much of their own cash if they didn't have good visibility of the near/mid term.

Results not out until the 7th, time for a little more progress yet?

Why all the buying yesterday and why is it up on no trades today?

Well some very large trades the last few days and now the price is rising - something going on? Results due soon, directors been buying with the CEO adding to his stake by nearly 50% with a 300K buy.

To be polite, I find it very 'disappointing' that this sale, to a fund managed presumably by an associate/subsidiary(?) company, could not have been resolved within the preferred timescale i.e. end of June. You would really think that everyone concerned would have been focussed on achieving that deadline.

100k buy this morning - rare they are.

Perhaps a director buy again?
