LanceJohnson - Interesting post. I noticed a tip for this Company a few days ago and did some research and my impression on what I found was similar to yours - don't touch with a barge pole - but for different reasons. My worries about this Company could be defined to two words - Alexander Stanbury. Seems to be a deck of cards controlled by this person that I would trust as far as I would be able to throw him. The only good thing about the Company is the idea that it could crack the nut of recycling lithium from batteries but from your post it would seem even that that is no more than a smoke and mirrors trick. AVOID

Yes TM have the minority holding of recyclus but it is 48%+ and the rest has been agreed to be purchased.

What about their mining holdings?

They recently were awarded some ISO certs.

They are very bullish, so good to hear a contrarian view. I hold TM1 and it’s a gamble punt for me.

I did look through the latest accounts (Dec 22) this morning.

I want to see more income asap.

The CEO seemed supremely confident that the approval for the automatic recycling facility is coming.
On the radio right now they are talking about a huge expansion of battery requirements and the need to have a facility to recycle all these extra batteries.

TM1 has a rosy future on the recycling side.

What about the mining side?

TM1 was on last Monday's Vox Markets podcast. The conclusions were good and the potential is great.
Further to today's news, I bought in.

Watching and waiting. There is a clear connection between the way the need for certain metals are going and the way TM1 will be positioned to meet these needs in a highly profitable manner.

Final thought is the acquisition of Recyclus -

As announced on 19 October 2022, the Company signed binding Heads of Terms to acquire the remaining issued share capital of Recyclus (the "Proposed Transaction"). The Company will update shareholders as to progress made in relation to the Proposed Transaction as and when appropriate.

Will be at 4.32p per share however for roughly 920mill shares -
