19/4/2018 16:32 | I hope they do....not much enthusiasm so far. I’m just sitting on my losses watching other shares fly! | moormoney
10/4/2018 21:58 | swiped fro Trustatrade on the LSE site: "In respect to Japan. We are probably amongst the few global companies to address the j-fsa for permission to run ICO in Japan. Once the Japanese regulator is examining documents, it is beyond our ability to know / estimate when procedures will end. All I can say April the 9th is that we are still working hard with the best legal firms in Japan to make a last minute breakthrough in proces" | euclid5
10/4/2018 12:36 | Thanks Euclid5, My point is the following: if you read that someone had a company A and gave Company B an option for 87% of company A $40,000 and $400,000 loan, and than, after a few months, company A raised $30,000,000 , what would you think ? @sep800 - for your information , traders have the strange inclination not only to spread positive bits, and sometime even short a stock that they think is over valued. Opportunity is in both directions. (-: | intrigo
06/4/2018 22:23 | thanks for clearing this matter euclid5 for those too naive what they invest in. makes you wonder how and why people invest without proper research first, and they post silly points that come across de-ramping unnecessary. Intrigo - Do your research before posting negative's about Tech | sep800
06/4/2018 11:25 | Yes because Tech gave them the initial $400k funding required plus a BoD on Tech is also a director in Cedex Best you join Cedex Telegram & ask them the same question It's in the RNS, that's how sometimes business operates when they give a new formed company a loan. Tech may buy them with the option or have the right to sell the option at a much higher price Saar Levi will answer your question in Telegram, they are usually good at responding fast to questions | euclid5
06/4/2018 10:46 | euclid5 , I certainly understand the words. What I don't understand is CEDEX value. Does it make sense to you that something so hot that is actually the driver of TECH value to be sold for a mere $40,000 ? it is like perpetuum mobile, you buy something for $40,000 that make you worth $20 Mil. | intrigo
05/4/2018 19:54 | Intrigo, what can't you understand with Tech's Cedex option? In consideration for providing this initial funding, upon incorporation of the CEDEX holding company ("CEDEX HoldCo"), CEDEX HoldCo will grant the Company an option to acquire 90 per cent of CEDEX HoldCo at an exercise price of US$40,000, which may be offset against any amount outstanding under the loan. Exercise of the option is at the sole discretion of TechFinancials and the option can be transferred, sold or disposed of as TechFinancials sees fit. The option period is for three years from the date of grant. ________ ____________________ The introducer of the purchasers has received options to acquire up to 5 per cent of CEDEX, with the result that TechFinancials now has an option to acquire up to 85.5 per cent. of CEDEX with a total possible holding of up to 87.4 per cent. | euclid5
05/4/2018 15:08 | @euclid5 Thank you for affirming it , I read it as well but thought the math does not work out. $ 40,000 for 100% of Cedex? @sep800 I am only discussing information and would think investors like you and everybody here are entitled to max information, I would not assume that people here are only looking for optimistic forecasts, but are open to hear other voices.BTW I am invested in TECH for long time now. | intrigo
05/4/2018 10:14 | Cedex newsletter just out. Nothing there to show that the target raise is on track. Only that ICO is a part of the wider program.See that the raise has ground to a halt | muffster
03/4/2018 16:16 | I added some last Thursday thinking the fall was way overdone. I have a decent holding now but intend to add again after the start of the new tax year. Tech has only just got started! | moormoney
03/4/2018 16:06 | Moor don't sit there and watch. Participate.. You will wish you had. Now well below NAV, also big Cedex uplift due to ether fixed rate of exchange. | muffster
03/4/2018 15:39 | Good to see buyers returning. I’m sitting tight waiting for news and think this will do well! | moormoney
03/4/2018 13:39 | Back to 30p aim wonders | mally6
03/4/2018 10:18 | Tech have an option to buy Cedex for a $40k based on the option if required after they loaned them $400k They have not converted this option as yet | euclid5
03/4/2018 08:54 | intrigo I see that you have only been here a few days and looking to decamp as much as possible especially asking questions that can be answered if you have done your research correctly. There's no other motive you have here other than to ask silly questions.I suggest you read up on Tech and its block chain platform from the beginning and then you may realise the huge potential here in the mid to long term. This method of buying and selling is the future and is here to stay. If you have read recently from all the major banks confirming this is the future of modern banking to trade using block chains then see no reason why other commodities won't follow the same pattern. I see you have been a very long term member on ADFVN for a few days. Good luck on you research ! | sep800
03/4/2018 08:41 | Crypto set to bounce? Added a few more Tech. | fairenough11
03/4/2018 00:44 | ALBA!!! One to watch but don't hang around. Potential 15 bagger. See link below | stephen2010
29/3/2018 14:25 | I will add that at these levels it has been a huge drop - So that 71k bought at 12p started maybe pulling the price back up - We shall see - | tomboyb
29/3/2018 14:12 | I think those worrying over Bitcoin falls haven't seen the advantage here.Any new ether purchased results in a 30% uplift in Cedex. | muffster
29/3/2018 14:08 | Caught the wrong end of the spectrum - If they went along at the original timeline it could of been a lot different - However that was not their fault - | tomboyb
29/3/2018 12:45 | just some musing on my part - i think crypto in its current manifestation has peaked price-wise and will not reach prior highs again until a favourable and clear regulatory framework is in place, along with a shakeout of all the scam coins floating around. The problem it has from a sentiment perspective is that at the very same time crypto reached the masses, it collapsed. Could go down as one of the biggest ponzi schemes of all time. The 'greater fool' model fails when there are no more fools to sell to. I still really like this project though as it is a very useful application of the underlying technology | saw89
29/3/2018 12:35 | it's just such a shame that this project was not at this stage 6 months ago. The bitcoin bubble has wrecked sentiment around everything related- bitcoin falls = so does everything else bitcoin on a tumble again today it seems. Looking incredibly bearish | saw89
29/3/2018 11:58 | I still have 2 free rides here as I always sell half if/when a share doubles or more.I will be adding more once we see the bottom IN.The "dividends" TECH receive provide fundamental support IMO.If CEDEX meets expectations then buying at these prices down here will make investors a lot of money. Good Luck all. | fairenough11
29/3/2018 10:36 | @sep800 So you think essentially, instead of doing ICO, CEDEX sold 87.5% of their business for $40,000 ? Option 1 - CEDEX owners/founders are so stupid , so would you trust them? Option 2- CEDEX founders are smart, and know their venture is woth $50,000 .... | intrigo |
