sentiment has changed somewhat towards investing into Tokens, since Jan 18, & the crpto fall out

lets hope the Cedex token hits their $40m target, makes me wonder how much they actually raised in the private sale. Don't think it was the stated $20m, as they said in Telegram once they hit $40m including funds from private sale they will stop selling tokens

sentiment will change back again, look at Beeks news today - plus TMT investments, starting a Crypto fund in May 2018 for about $60m or $40m

No, I don't buy on opinions of BB posters and I have to
disagree with you. Beyond all reasonable doubt, there have been several
rampers on this board. They know who they are!!!

I use ADVFN boards as a quick way of finding news on equities I hold.

A little ashamed to admit, also to take advantage of generous people
like yourself who are willing to share their research, thank you.

I have held TECH since about May 2017. Bought for a number of reasons,
not least because of its near perfect Stocko Rank of 98! And still it remains
at 98. Tried to average up at 21 recently but thankfully my order
was not filled. Will be trying again soon.

Yep that's how I view it - got an opportunity now to pick up at half the market cap of new raise. Have noticed the Open offer is proceeding, albeit slowly.

The problem is the wider crypto market sentiment right now.
Cedex Pre-sale was a success. Couldn't really ask for much more.
No doubt this will pick up again in due course . Just a case of waiting - despite the disappointing mkt response for now.

The sell off in Cryptos & Ether dropping below $500 hasn't helped as Cedex price is linked to price of Ether

I agree. I’m mystified by this fall after the huge success of the launch, I too don’t think it will last long but who can tell with these skittish markets.

14000 is a buy, I think the 30% drop reflects the 30% bonus of cedex but one would of thought the share price to at least held in the 20’s’ buyer in the background maybe, l really can’t see the share price staying at this low for long and am surprised it had fallen this far. M/C only £11M now and that’s peanuts considering the value Tech will have if they purchase cedex for #$40000

Babbler - Yes but.....
Presale went well and all sold in about 4 hours (25m with 30% bonus)
Main sale first day only about further 1% (0.5m) sold with a 15% bonus
No further bonus so sales drying with just 40k sold in past 24 hours
But the main issue imo is the fall in Crypto prices over the past few days with Ether falling from 700 on the 14th to under 500 yesterday currently around 530
I sold on the bell several trades at around 23p

Great result today and paves the way for lots more positive developments.
Fair to say this project is now majorly de-risked. The risk relative to potential reward is one of the best in the junior markets at the moment imo

Crowd sale starting 17 March 2018

be interesting to see what they raised in the private sale as they didn't fully confir it was $20m - hoping it was so they may end up raising a total of $40m now plus funds from crowd sale

lets see what cedex or Tech announce

Not a bad return on their investment.

Better than I thought as a multiple. Just corrected it.

Even at 87.4%, if Cedex end up with the full $40 Million, and they're half way there already, TECH's $40,000 investment option does the equivalent of an instant 900 (874) bagger ! :O)

The introducer of the purchasers has received options to acquire up to 5 per cent of CEDEX, with the result that TechFinancials now has an option to acquire up to 85.5 per cent. of CEDEX with a total possible holding of up to 87.4 per cent.
