CEDEX ICO Raises $20 Million, Prior to Pre-Sale Stage
The company has allocated additional Cedex coins for the private-sale stage in order to meet high demand.

Finance Magnates has been informed by a source familiar with the matter that the Cedex.com ICO has been able to raise approximately $20 million while still in the private sale stage. It has yet to reach its public pre-sale stage.

I am a bit puzzled by that, it wouldn't be that much of a surprise if more shares were issued to other interested parties in Cedex prior to tech triggering the option.

What will Cedex get out of it if they do?
That's the only thing I am not understanding.
If it is such a great idea....which I believe it is why would they want to sell so much?

well nice to see daily steady rises and not huge spikes here.
As expected 30p sooner than later and March getting closer

Yes agree hazl, many sitting on the side lines waiting for this to drop but each day towards March this will only go up and see no reason why we won't see an all time high prior to announcement 30p + maybe 40p will be tested, MM's marking this up with every buy however small. 15.84p, 17p 18p, 19p Only a few days back seems that the bottom was very short lived with extremely very little shares at these prices. Spread still seems a little wide but as buyers return I am sure the spread will narrow.
For me still at strong buy
