I don't have a problem of our potential share dropping a little to secure the private institution buying in already. I would like an RNS next week exercising our option to buy the remaining stake in CEDEX Looking at telegram there does seem to be a lot of interest in the ICO. Nice to see ETH moving back up

It's all unknown territory at present jp.
I guess we need to see how it takes off,how much acceptance it has and what the reality is like in practice.
You could argue that the more entities involved, the better, because it is in all their interests for it to succeed.

So far,it looks very promising with the interest shown but it is still in its teething stages.
I think the work up to March, will be very exciting.

I am surprised they don't exercise their option to buy remaining 85% now especially for only 40K dollars! My concern is our stake is reduced much further by March.What are people's views on this?

Well I think we all agree the share price here will be a lot higher come March. Suprised how resilient the share price has been since week last Friday. Well done those who got in sub 30p

Euclid, your calcs may need to be altered as :TechFinancials now has an option to acquire up to 85.5 per cent. of CEDEX with a total possible holding of up to 87.4 per cent.

Done some calculations on the Private valuation & Pre sale ICO

Private sale: 50m Tokens x 5% = 5,000 Ether sold (50m x 5% = 2.5m Cedex div 500 = 5,000 Ether) x $1300 = $6.5m

Pre sale: 25m tokens / 500 = 50,000 Ether (1 Ether = 500 coins) x $1300 = $65m = £45m

Crowd sale after Pre sale - another 25m cedex tokens = 50,000 Ether = £45m - potentail to raise close to £90m

I am afraid I don't work like that HG but I believe others do.
Be interesting to step into the future and see.
All I can say is that it seemed the obvious pick to me for the competition,though nothing is without risk as everybody knows.

I hope it will grow from strength to strength for the reasons I have given before now.
I see that Matt's SYM is also gaining traction today.8-)
