If you look at the c $1.5 million dividend received from 2 of TECH owned subsidiary, it’s probably fair to say that the current market cap hardly prices in Cedex. Will be interesting to see where this is in 12 months but I’d envisage a market cap 3-5 x where we are now...

Anything stopping IDEX from buying most of the CEDEX coins?

This would allow them to both directly invest in the project and to gain a majority influence on the currency contained within the eco system....

Also remember our partnee IDEX is the 2nd largest B2B diamond exchange globally!

The more i think about this the more i see this project as an eventual takeover target by IDEX....

I am more inclined to agree with highly geared's take.

It could almost behave like an ETF.
They have been able to master the Gold market by making it into a derivative and steering the market away from the real gold market.
For a long time they have not been able to do that with the diamond market for obvious reasons.
To my mind this is Cedex's strength.

Good consolidation around this region should make the next leg up even stronger, expecting some fireworks next week as the herd begins to arrive still off the radar of many and hardly any of the CEDEX project or potential is even priced in yet.

Most investors bought or had Ether last year & before the rise to ver $800+, so the co only needs to raise even half the intended amount due to the value of Ether

About $15 billion rough cut diamonds produced per year with a diamond global Jewellery market of c $80 billion. First mover advantage in creating a new exchange/ trading platform for the global industry - the likely monetary trading volumes and value of the exchange will be enormous and we will own 90%+ of Cedex....

10m Tokens divide by 500 per 1 Ether = 20,000 Ethe x $982 current value = $19.64m

What's interesting is that many investors like me would of bought Ethe weeks/ months agao so can afford tokens - but Cedex benefits as they get more money for each Ethe sold to them

I.e if they were selling for $600 x 20,000 = $12m - but at current prices they may get up to $20m

Yes I certainly see the diamond exchange platform as a very innovative combination of blockchain smart contracts, cryptocurrency and machine learning to make diamonds a tradeable asset class. It is certainly innovative and the link with IDEX and significant board members add real clout to the proposition.

I personally believe this is the type of thing that would really appeal as an eventual acqisition target by larger trading exchanges / global financial institutions or even IDEX itself to integrate into their wider trading platform as there would be huge efficiencies to be gained.

Interesting that there is nothing stopping TECH selling the CEDEX option onwards...
