Cedex Holdings Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Gibraltar.

The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) has become the latest government financial regulator to issue an official statement regarding the regulation of initial coin offerings (ICOs). The release indicates that Gibraltar will incorporate ICO regulations into its “new regulatory framework” for distributed ledger technology, which is expected to come into effect in January 2018.

So much so they very quickly re-invested some of the $1.65m divi from the other day...... Looking at it this latest 2% purchase is a shrewd move to retrospectively revalue CEDEX now knowing how well preregistration / market sentiment has taken to the programme.

If the interest had been low they would have paid much less for the 2%

If they can announce a strategic JV deal with a large Blockchain company & another Diamond exchange so they all benefit from Cedex, then yes that will help them a lot in the upcoming ICO
