Team17 Group plc (AIM:TM17) announces that it has granted options (the "Options") over 20,057 new ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the rules of its Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to a director as follows:
