That might sound sensible, but I think incorrect.

Derogatory tone or not, people don't like listening to opposing views and more often than not will filter for that reason alone.

Unsubstantiated views from person without known agenda with derogatory tone. Filtered. Reasoned views listened to, not necessarilly accepted, but listened to. e.g. Normal human behaviour.

WFL1970,

Yes, it's quite obvious.

But unfortunately, not very wise, as they will discover.

Filtering because of an opposing view... It's clearly working for those who would prefer the share price to rise!
Or is it more simple, like having a biased view because of their investment here...

If there's a second referendum, then expect revolution.

When "no deal" looks likely, then 2nd referendum will get much more traction. Hopefully Labour will grow some balls and change their stance.

Been talking to a number of late 20s early 30s recently. There is a definite trend in prefering to buy a new build rather than a fixer upper. Probably a skill set thing and lifestyle choice... also what they are use to living in. Although TW do build bigger houses from what i can see they do get a good mix of those and cheaper terrace/muse style housing within their developments based on the demographic within the area. Not saying you won't make better money trading elsewhere... But with the divi pc, which looks sustainable and could survive a 12 month period of virtually zero activity, you will have to trade significantly better than average to better this.

As everyone knows, shares don't go up or down in a straight line.

The trick is "NOT TO GET SUCKED IN TO ANY RISES", when the stock is very clearly in a down trend.

And don't think that down trend has ended today!

The dividend WILL BE CUT.

Any ideas why TW is bucking the trend today other than the fact that it isn't valued much higher than its cash mountain and inventories and has a 12% yield off a price to earnings of 7?
