long term works for me, I have another 15 years until I officially retire if say they reach £4/5 in that time that will be good for me.

I think it depends on what an individuals needs are, at my age I no longer have a need for long term investments.

However I do enjoy trading & I don't like Idle cash, imo TW has been one of the best shares to trade during the last three years and the dividends have been a bonus.

In my view if there is know real reason for a share to fall then if you don't sell you don't loose, I buy shares for the long term it doesn't really bother me what happens in between I look at the long term picture.

It's mainly mortgage approvals falling & the FCA warning about stricter lending controls for banks when issuing mortgages. Bond market & US market drop haven't helped matters.

Whole market down across the board so doubt that is having much to do with it, more like being dragged down with America.

Had a good reflection over and researched Redrow, Persimmon and Taylor Wimpey.TW. pipped the post, looking to buy this coming week, tomorrow if the share price doesn't spike.
