Well I guess we can feel a bit smug that we didn't cash out at the 207 peak in October. It's forming a series of ever higher mini peaks that chartists like. The sensible thing might be to cash out now at 210 and await the next trough. Sticking with it anyway.

Yep I was a bit careless with the comment, I meant the Update on the 10th.

After which I'd like to see the Trading range sitting above 212p until we start the run up to the ex date of the special divi.

Again trading at an annual high of 209 today (ignoring the 212 blip that never was). Woodford bullish on banks and housebuilders today but sees miners by contrast in a bubble.

Price can change significantly at closing auction. ADVFN doesnt always at catch this but sites like IG will.

The price on ADVFN is the true price, the one on HL is normally based on the price of the last trade.

From half year results:-
We announce today, subject to approval at the 2018 AGM, that we intend to pay 340 million to shareholders in July 2018 by way of a special dividend. As such, in 2018 shareholders will receive a total dividend of c.500 million (c.15.3 pence per share), comprising an ordinary dividend of c.160 million (c.4.9 pence per share) and the special dividend (c.10.4 pence per share).

Think today has been the highest price of the year around the 208 mark. Hargreaves is showing 212...not to my knowledge or indeed the google chart. 212 may have been an unobtainable technical blip.

imo the share price will hold until the results end of Jan then it's the long wait for the ex special divi date during which I hope to pick up a few more under 200p.

We are there again at annual highs for the third time of asking in the back quarter. The obvious move is to sell because these move up and down like Zebedee. Will be sticking anyway.

Rock solid company. Hasn't fulfilled its potential over last 18 months. Held back by a series sector pull backs. Once we have a clear Brexit path and sense returns I see 250 minimum.
