There was a big share split following a divorce announced recently.

If I was that divorcee's financial adviser I would be encouraging her to divest of what is potentially a concentrated holding in a loss making small cap that she has no control over.

On the one hand it is good to see the in line trading but the whole industry needs to consolidate and I am a bit disappointed they have not managed to do some bigger deals yet..........Respect to not diluting us though!

in line? good to hear?

What I've just read in the industry press is that the directors have had to lend the company money with a 5% fee and a 10% interest rate

That's worrying when markets are so high and most of their revenue is asset related

So rather than bad news at the AGM, we get 'trading in line' shortly afterwards. Good to hear.
