I think we're all thinking that. Only thing I can think of was that it was a private arrangement. Just noticed the RNS states the transaction was outside a trading venue

Tavistock Investments Plc ("Tavistock" or the "Company"), the financial services group, has been informed today that Malcolm Harper, a significant shareholder and PDMR, yesterday purchased 5,400,000 shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 2.5p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Harper is interested in 26,400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 4.91 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

3.7p at the lowest ask showing and that's being paid - well 3.699p to be really precise.

Progress slower than I anticipated, however the recent results outlook suggested improved momentum & highlighted the opportunity as operational gearing kicks in. Let’s see.

Remember in the last set of results if FUM is doubled then EBITDA = £5 Million . Cost base is relatively fixed even when FUM rises
