22/12/2017 07:57 | Presumably this corporate action can only be a positive indicator for Mr Market. Whether he notes it or not, another matter though... | le4r
01/12/2017 12:06 | Get the feel that the market is not yet willing to believe the promise here. Hopefully Management can deliver the hard numbers over the next couple of years and the share price will respond. | its the oxman
28/11/2017 17:44 | To the question of 1.5bill being bullish?… BR's reply, 'it is imminently achievable ' That's a good watch thanks Algorithem. | wanttowin

28/11/2017 14:03 | Small 21,000 top up for me. | wanttowin
28/11/2017 09:49 | Sounds very confident going forward :-) Brian Raven, Group Chief Executive, said: "We are continuing to make extremely good progress. I am pleased with the interim results in general, and with the organic growth of FUM into Tavistock Wealth in particular. Our business model is now firmly established and the Company's prospects are excellent." | cheshire man
28/11/2017 09:07 | mmm nice reassuring news indeed, FUM up 130% is impressive. | wanttowin
28/11/2017 07:35 | A nice read to start a cold wet Tuesday! | batham1
24/11/2017 12:20 | Some decent size trades today, can it be right a 422,000 buy @ 3.5 well over the ask ? | wanttowin
17/11/2017 08:09 | A solid buy coming in over the last couple of days should put a floor on the share price. There has been no comment on here regarding the Abacus settlement which is from the proceeds of selling the Financial Network. This seems to be a shrewd move to to clear liabilities and shows that the capital was not needed to gear up expansion. As such should impact bottom line profit. That said the market has not moved above 3p a share. Also it would have been good to see those benefiting from the Abacus payment buying shares in the company - that's a small bear point for me. In terms of recruitment of advisers at Abacus - No where does it explain how much business these new advisers have brought in or are likely to bring in. | origami74
14/11/2017 12:48 | nigh 17% spread is not going to encourage many buyers ! | wanttowin
24/10/2017 15:25 | Heading north at last! | batham1
16/10/2017 23:48 | I tried looking for my shares the other day as I remembered I had some post SocialGo, but either I gave them away via a broker to a charity or the dog ate them - not sure which. I can't even remember what SocialGo was trying to do ? | yump
16/10/2017 16:22 | Origami / roks As I understand those holding SocialGo received 1 share in an unlisted vehicle for every 1 share they held in TAVI when the board of SocialGo reorganised the share capital & renamed the stock TAVI. This occurred in July 2013. My post above indicated that following the divestment of previous SocialGo business the shareholders were given additional shares (equal to their existing holding) in the now UNLISTED former SocialGo business, now under DWAV Limited. Another google search of DWAV Limited brings up their announcements at Companies House where you can check to find out their filing history since 2013. If I held shares in an unlisted investment I'd be constantly checking to determine the position.... Kind regards GHF | glasshalfull
16/10/2017 16:07 | Am I being thick but I can't find anything on DWAV. Does this impact shareholders of TAVI since 2013? | origami74
16/10/2017 11:22 | Dire. We can only pray there has been some meaningful progress come the next set of results. | its the oxman
16/10/2017 11:05 | thanks Glasshf....so tavi was socialGo. Gave up hope so long ago that I can't even remember. So is my 415,000 worth anything? | roks
13/10/2017 13:21 | roks - This will help. Only required a quick Google search for info dating back to 2013. Divestment of Existing Business The Company has today disposed of its entire operating business to DWAV Limited ("DWAV") for a nominal consideration of £1. DWAV's initial shareholder has undertaken to the Company that he will immediately gift (for nil consideration) all of the shares in DWAV to shareholders in SocialGO in such proportion as will result in their holding the same proportion of the issued share capital of DWAV as they hold in the Company today. In this manner, Shareholders will maintain an identical ownership interest in the Company's business, which in future will operate in a lower cost private company environment. Shareholders will also retain their original holding in the Company and may benefit from its future investing activities. [...] Kind regards, GHF | glasshalfull
13/10/2017 10:50 | Does anyone know what this DWAV is all about ....holding of 415000 appeared on my account but greyed out | roks
06/10/2017 16:05 | The endless selling continues here, I can't remember the day I saw a decent buy. | wanttowin
21/9/2017 19:44 | hxxps://tavistockinv Based on this note I feel the business is fairly priced if the figures for each arm of the business include international funds expansion | origami74
21/9/2017 11:20 | No need to apologise wanttowin. Albeit a small amount of action we seem to have broken under the 3p mark. Friendless in the market and dribble, dribble, dribble of selling... | origami74
18/9/2017 14:35 | Thanks origami my apologies | wanttowin |
