Bought a few, not the cheapest stock on around 20 times but given expectations for growth and their plans for dividends along side significant directors buying I've some confidence they will deliver. IMV DYOR etc...

The basic management team is in my opinion good and the business model is excellent.The price will continue to rise as more funds under management are taken on board.

I need to look at further. Subsidiaries are not wholly owned which is a bit of a negative. Looks like the founder was reprimanded about 25 years ago as well. Seems to be growing well but a few related party exceptional items and flag of additional costs of £0.8m per annum because of AIM listing which is quite significant. Overall, think the founder has sold a significant stake at the top of the market. Think I will keep on the watch list for now as the valuation looks a little stretched to me.

Results out


Headline loss of $929k for Q4 but includes amortisation of $2.4m, so actually a profit of $1.5m for the quarter.

Balance sheet looks healthy: net current assets $14.6m - total liabilities $2.4m = $12.2m. Market cap at offer 80c = $16.5m. I've ignored all the fixed assets.

Strange stock, never trades. But underlying business seems to be improving.

(AIM - TAM) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that as of December 18, 2012, TAMCO Holdings, LLC ("TAMCO"), an entity principally owned and controlled by the senior management of the Company, including Robert Brooks and Brian Gevry who are directors of the Company, acquired all 10,585,400 shares of common stock held by Clal Finance Ltd. ("Clal") for $18,500,000. Following the purchase, TAMCO and its affiliates hold total beneficial interests in 11,920,569 shares of common stock of the Company, representing approximately 57.8% of the issued and outstanding shares.

Latest one being BODYSHOP have been approached. Share price has stormed away but starting to retract as profit takers jump ship.
