23/10/2018 09:53 | The Share Centre: Tate & Lyle is a ‘sweet’ investment An investment in Tate & Lyle (TATE) will keep investors ‘sweet’ for a long time thanks to its push into specialty products and emerging markets, says The Share Centre. Analyst Helal Miah retained his ‘buy’ recommendation for a medium to high risk portfolios as there ‘is hope for an improvement in the quality of earnings as a result of some major structural change initiatives’. He added that the ‘global food processing market continues to grow’ and ‘an investment in this company would likely keep investors sweet for a long time’. Emerging market growth and new products will be the driver of this growth. Miah added that there was the ‘added attraction of a 4.4% prospective yield’ but ‘despite rising by 20% since March, investors are advised to build a holding over time, as the stock has been rather volatile’. | philanderer

14/9/2018 14:05 | May be misreading this - it looks the very same outlook as the FY. Now may be institutional investors are unconvinced/cautious about something?. The fall is post capital markets day. Or it could just be an institution offloading some stock. Phil's guesstimate would probably be better than mine in fairness. | essentialinvestor
